It was Saturday and everything was set up for the party. Everyone arrived at the house. Austin and Abby greeted everyone, and people were putting in their guess of the gender. Everyone gathered out back and Austin and Abby stood in front of everyone.
“Thank you all for coming to our gender reveal party, we want to thank my sis, Karly, for putting it on, although she mainly supervised, all the work was done by her husband and my brother-in-law, Luke, and our honorary brother, Kevin,” Austin said. Luke and Kevin waved at everyone. Kevin was taking pictures.
“Okay so the time has come!” Abby said. Karly handed them the balloon to pop.
“Ready guys, one, two, three!” Karly said. They popped and confetti fell down on the ground. Karly set up a sign of what the gender was. Austin and Abby hugged.
“It's a girl!” Austin said.
“Thank you all for being here but now we have a surprise!” Abby said.
“This party isn't just for us,” Austin said.
“Karly, Luke, this is your party too,” Abby said.
“What,” Karly said.
“What,” Luke said.
“While you were planning this party, I had my monthly checkup and Dr. Reagan said she was able to see the genders of the twins and gave the envelope to me,” Abby said.
“So, we decided to plan your party on top of ours,” Austin said.
“Babe?” Karly asked.
“I knew nothing about this,” Luke said.
“I helped guys,” Kevin said.
“Over here is your set up,” Austin said.
“Sneaky,” Karly said.
“Wow,” Luke said.
“Now out back we have the boxes with the balloons that are the genders of your babies,” Austin said. They went out back and saw two boxes sitting together.
“How did you guys do this?” Karly asked.
“We have our way, sis,” Austin said.
“You guys ready?” Abby asked. Karly and Luke stood beside the boxes.
“One two three open!” Austin said. They opened the boxes and the balloons came out.
“Both are boys!” Luke said.
“Oh my gosh, boys!” Karly said.
“If you need girl time, you have me and your niece,” Abby said.
“If my baby is a girl, you have us as well,” Hayley said.
“I might need it,” Karly said.
“Baby?” Luke asked.
“What babe?” Karly asked. He put his hand on her stomach.
“I love you,” Luke said.
“I love you too,” Karly said. He hugged her to him and buried his face in her neck.

CHAPTER 152

That night after everyone left and the house cleaned up, Karly and Luke laid in bed. Luke laid between her legs with his face close to her stomach and his hands stroking it.
“My boys, our boys are in here, I'm so happy,” Luke said.
“What if one was the girl,” Karly said.
“I would be happy still, she would be my little princess,” Luke said.
“Think of any names?” Karly asked.
“Jackson Lucas Stone for one,” Luke said.
“I like it,” Karly said.
“Kingston Richard Stone,” Luke said.
“Strong name,” Karly said.
“They will have to be when they take over for me,” Luke said.
“Both of them?” Karly asked.
“I can't choose between my boys,” Luke said.
“Okay now babe?” Karly asked.
“Yes baby,” Luke said.
“I need you inside me,” Karly said.
“As you wish,” Luke said. He removed her clothes and his and he leaned down and kissed her softly and moved down her body and kissed her stomach. He moved up and leaned over her.
“I love you baby,” Luke said.
“I love you too,” Karly said. He slowly and gently made love to her. Afterwards he laid beside her and pulled her close to him.
“We better do this as much as we can,” Luke said.
“Oh, really and why is that?” Karly asked.
“After we have the babies, we can't for six weeks,” Luke said.
“Ugh crap,” Karly said.
“You think it will be bad for you,” Luke said.
“I know it would be worse for you,” Karly said.
“I'll just be taking a lot of cold showers,” Luke said.
“Or I could take care of it for you,” Karly said.
“You might have to, I love you so much,” Luke said.
“I love you more now let's get some sleep,” Karly said. They went to sleep in each other's arms. She woke up in the middle of the night holding her stomach.
“Luke, wake up!” Karly said.
“Baby what is it,” Luke said.
“Something's wrong!” Karly said. She grabbed her stomach as she cried out in pain.
“Let's go baby,” Luke said. He got up and got dressed and got her dressed and went out the door yelling for Kevin and came back and helped her out the door as Kevin pulling a shirt over his head met them at the stairs. He helped Luke get Karly down the stairs and out the door and they headed to the hospital.

CHAPTER 153

Luke sat there with Karly as she cried softly. He held her hand as Dr. Reagan examined her and ran some tests.
“Doc?” Luke asked.
“The babies are fine but I'm going to have to put you on bed rest for the remainder of your pregnancy,” Dr. Reagan said.
“Oh god,” Karly said. She squeezed Luke's hand.
“They are okay, baby,” Luke said.
“I know I just hate being on bed rest, I wanted to help with the nursery,” Karly said.
“Kevin and I will take care of it, you can lay in bed and order what you want for it,” Luke said.
“Do I have to do strict rest, or can I lay in bed and do stuff on my iPad and laptop,” Karly said.
“You can do whatever you want as long as you rest most of the time, we need you to get to the 8 month mark for the babies to survive outside the womb without issues with their health,” Dr. Reagan said.
“I will do anything I have to do to get them here healthy,” Karly said.
“We all will,” Luke said.
“Am I okay to go home?” Karly asked.
“Yes, but straight to bed,” Dr. Reagan said.
“Okay thank you,” Karly said. They got her in the wheelchair and Luke wheeled her out and she saw Kevin, Austin, Abby, Rick, Angela, Ethan, Kenny, and Alyssa there.
“Sis!” Austin said. He came over and hugged her along with Eric. Ethan, Kenny, and Alyssa hugged her. Rick and Angela hugged her. Hayley and Abby hugged her.
“You okay?” Eric asked.
“I'm fine,” Karly said.
“The babies?” Abby said.
“They are okay too,” Karly said.
“Thank god!” Hayley said.
“But doc wants her on bed rest for the remainder of her pregnancy so you and Kevin will have to handle things at the agency, and I will need help with the nursery,” Luke said.
“We all will help with the nursery and being there for you guys,” Angela said.
“Luke, I will help you with the nursery,” Ethan said.
“Me too,” Kenny said.
“Thanks guys, Karly will order what she wants for the nursery and once we got everything, we will get to work,” Luke said.
“Dad,” Karly said.
“Yes sweetheart,” Rick said. She reaches out for him and he comes over and hugs her.
“I love you Dad,” Karly said.
“I love you too sweetheart,” Rick said.
“We all love you,” Angela said.
“Let's get her home, all of you can come and I'll get her settled into bed and we can talk more about the nursery,” Luke said.
“Baby showers,” Hayley said.
“Oh crap,” Abby said.
“We can talk about that too,” Luke said.
“I'll be stuck in bed,” Karly said.
“Sis, maybe not,” Austin said.
“There may be a way,” Eric said.
“We can have the baby showers at your house sis,” Ethan said.
“Someone can carry you downstairs and settle you on the couch or one of the lounge chairs out back, not once you would be walking,” Kenny said.
“Karly,” Dr. Reagan said.
“Doc,” Karly said.
“That will be okay, as long as you don't walk,” Dr. Reagan said.
“Okay, thanks doc,” Karly said.
“You all take great care of her and the babies,” Dr. Reagan said.
“We will doc,” Kevin said. They all left the hospital and went to the house.

CHAPTER 154

Luke carried Karly into the house and up to the bedroom and got her settled into bed. He kissed her forehead.
“Rest baby, yell if you need me,” Luke said.
“I love you,” Karly said.
“I love you too baby,” Luke said. He went downstairs where everyone had gathered in the living room.
“So, what's the plan now that she's on bed rest,” Eric said.
“Like I said at the hospital, Hayley and Kevin will have to handle things at the agency, we plan the baby showers to be here, so she doesn't have to go far,” Luke said.
“I guess we all will have to step up and plan it,” Austin said.
“She can do stuff on her laptop or iPad, just can't do anything that requires walking,” Luke said.
“I will do it since I'm not pregnant,” Hayley said.
“Alyssa and I will help you,” Angela said.
“Thanks Mom, I can ask my mom to help too,” Hayley said.
“Okay so can we get this ready in two days?” Luke asked.
“Yes, can you?” Abby asked.
“Not a problem,” Hayley said.
“Do you know the gender of your baby sis?” Luke asked.
“Yes, we do, we didn't want to have another party to reveal it, it's a girl,” Hayley said.
“I'm going to have a niece!” Luke said.
“So two boys and two girls,” Hayley said.
“The boys will be the girls’ protectors,” Abby said.
“They will,” Austin said.
“Family sticks together and that's what they will be,” Eric said.
“Okay let's get to planning,” Angela said. They all went to work on the baby shower. Luke saw Rick standing at the backdoor and went to him.
“You okay Dad?” Luke asked.
“Yeah just thinking about things, I missed so much time with Karly, I don't want to miss any more,” Rick said.
“You are welcome to come by every day,” Luke said.
“I know and I will, I was there for the first time that Ethan, Kenny, and Alyssa walked, their first words were dada, first day of school, graduation from high school, college, marriage, I didn't get to walk Karly down the aisle, who walked her down the aisle to you?” Rick asked.
“We had two weddings, a triple wedding with Austin, Abby, Eric, and Hayley, Karly walked down first so Austin and Eric could give her away, we had a second wedding for just me and her and my dad escorted her down the aisle,” Luke said.
“I just wish Amy was honest about who Karly's father was, I wish she told me,” Rick said.
“That man wouldn't let her,” Luke said.
“She should have found a way,” Rick said.
“I know, you are here now, you are going to be a grandfather to four babies, and many more to come down the road,” Luke said.
“I can't wait,” Rick said. They stood there staring out the backdoor while the girls planned the shower.

CHAPTER 155

It was the day of the baby shower for Karly, Abby, and Hayley. Kevin carried Karly downstairs and settled her on the couch. She looked around and saw the set up for each of them.
“Wow, this is really great,” Karly said.
“Yeah it came out pretty well,” Kevin said.
“You okay baby?” Luke asked.
“Yeah, just bummed I couldn't help plan this,” Karly said.
“Abby didn't help either, Austin wouldn't let her, he wanted her to rest as much as she could,” Luke aid.
“Okay so how soon will everyone be here,” Karly said.
“Pretty quick,” Kevin said. The door opened and Hayley, Eric, Ginger, and Greg came in.
“Hey boss,” Greg said.
“Hey man, I need to talk to you about something,” Luke said.
“What's up?” Greg asked.
“I need you to handle everything at the warehouse and oversee the rebuilding of the club and the paperwork at the other club, Drew and Sam had to go to Miami to meet with Paul and Dev, I can't leave Karly due to her being on bed rest,” Luke said.
“Sorry Greg!” Karly aid.
“It's fine, not your fault, Karly, you didn't plan to be on bed rest so it's okay, I can handle it, Hayley and her mom can be there for Ginger while I'm gone,” Greg said.
“Unless I'm at the agency,” Hayley said.
“Hayley, please be willing to help Kevin with the paperwork, I don't want him to do it by himself,” Karly said.
“I will, sis, I've learned my lesson this time,” Hayley said.
“Okay, enough work talk, let's get on with the shower shall we,” Austin said.
“Yes, we have games and lots of presents,” Hayley said.
“And Karly is excused from said games, she gets to watch and not get embarrassed with the games so it's only fair that Luke is excluded from the games as well,” Eric said.
“Hey,” Hayley said.
“Someone has to keep her company,” Eric said.
“Eric!” Hayley said.
“Hey, don't start okay, it's only fair that Luke doesn't have to do the games because his wife is not able to, we shouldn't force him,” Eric said.
“Okay okay,” Hayley said. Everyone gathered for games and presents and they all had a good time.

CHAPTER 156

That night after everyone left and the house cleaned up due to Luke calling in Willow, Danielle, and Anna to help and offered them bonus for coming to help, Luke settled Karly in bed.
“I'm going to take a shower and I'll be back baby,” Luke said.
“I want a bath tomorrow,” Karly said.
“Okay baby I love you,” Luke said.
“I love you,” Karly said. He went to shower and she laid there staring at the ceiling and thought about things and so many things ran through her head and she rubbed her stomach as she started to cry softly. Luke came out and put his boxers on and saw her crying and ran to the bed and laid beside her and pulled her close to him.
“Baby what's wrong,” Luke said.
“I'm scared,” Karly said.
“What are you scared of, baby?” Luke asked.
“That you would leave me for someone who can give you what you need,” Karly said.
“And what do I need that I don't have right now,” Luke said.
“We can't make love or anything, I can't satisfy your needs,” Karly said.
“Hey stop, don't worry about that, I'm fine, I can take care of it in the bathroom thinking of you, I don't need anything else, I have all I need right here, my beautiful wife with my two boys inside her,” Luke said.
“Oh Luke!” Karly said. He hugged her close and kissed her forehead.
“I love you baby, more than anything, you are everything to me, there is no one else for me, only you, you are my heart and soul,” Luke said.
“Oh Luke,” Karly said. He kissed her deeply. She held onto him.
“Don't ever doubt my love for you, don't ever doubt me, there is no one else for me and no place I'd rather be,” Luke said.
“I hate that I feel this way, I just am scared and I can't shake it!” Karly said.
“Karly stop,” Luke said.
“I can't okay, I am stuck here in this bed for at least three months and I can't do anything but lay here and all that, I can't do anything with you and you need more than what I can give you right now,” Karly said.
“Don't you dare tell me what I need or don't need because what I need is to be here with you,” Luke said.
“I don't want to hold you back from anything,” Karly said.
“You are not holding me back! This is where I want to be, here with you, my wife, my everything!” Luke said.
“I'm sorry, I just can't help how I feel,” Karly said.
“So what now, you want me to go? You want me gone?” Luke asked.
“If you want to go, you know where the door is,” Karly said.
“Karly, don't push me away,” Luke said.
“I can't do this,” Karly said.
“Karly,” Luke said.
“Just go,” Karly said.
“No,” Luke said.
“Just go Luke please!” Karly said.
“Why,” Luke said.
“Because I can't give you what you want!” Karly said.
“What do I want, huh, what do I want, tell me,” Luke said.
“You need a girl who can give you everything, who can do everything with you, I can't do that stuck in this bed,” Karly said.
“Karly, if I walk out that door, our marriage is over, if I go, I won't be coming back, you will lose the money, do you really want to throw away our marriage over your insecurities because that is what this is, you are insecure because you can't give me sex because you think that's what I need but it's not,” Luke said.
“Luke,” Karly said.
“All I need is you, all I need is for our sons to come into this world healthy and strong, who cares about anything else, my place is here with you, you are my life, my everything, get that through your head, I love you and I don't want to leave you but if you say you want out, I will walk out that door and never come back,” Luke said.
“I can't say that,” Karly said.
“Then stop with the insecurities okay, I'm not going anywhere,” Luke said.
“I'm sorry Luke I'm so sorry, I can't believe I even thought of letting you go,” Karly said.
“Don't think that again because I will fight you on it, I'm not letting you go ever, just don't doubt my love for you,” Luke said.
“I love you Luke, so much, I can't believe I was thinking that way!” Karly said.
“Don't think that way again, believe in us, believe me when I say I love you and only you and I don't want anyone else or to be anywhere but here,” Luke said.
“Okay please hold me,” Karly said.
“I will hold you and never let go,” Luke said. He pulled her into his arms and held her close.

CHAPTER 157

The next day, Karly woke up and saw Luke awake watching her.
“Morning baby,” Luke said.
“Morning,” Karly said. He kissed her softly. She cupped his face in her hands as he deepened the kiss.
“I love you,” Luke said.
“I love you too,” Karly said There was a knock at the door.
“Come in,” Luke said. The door opened and Kevin came in.
“Hey guys, I was getting ready to head to the agency when Henry texted me and wanted a meeting with you and I told him you were on bed rest for the remainder of your pregnancy but he insists on meeting with you and I wanted to ask if he could come here to the house to speak with you,” Kevin said.
“Yeah text me when you are on the way and I'll get her downstairs to the couch,” Luke said.
“Okay see ya,” Kevin said. He left and Luke looked at Karly.
“I wonder why Henry insists on speaking with me,” Karly said.
“We will find out,” Luke said.
“I'm hungry babe,” Karly said.
“I'll get you and our sons some breakfast, what would you like?” Luke asked.
“Um eggs, bacon, toast, and hash browns,” Karly said.
“Drink?” Luke asked.
“Orange Juice,” Karly said.
“Coming right up baby,” Luke said. He went out the door. She laid there looking at the ceiling. She got her phone and looked through it. Luke came back carrying a tray.
“Okay we didn't have hash browns, so I got diced potatoes instead,” Luke said.
“Looks delicious babe,” Karly said. She sat up and ate it. She drank the juice and he took the tray down when she was done. He came back and sat beside her. His phone beeped and he looked at it.
“Okay they are on the way so let's get you ready and downstairs,” Luke said. He helped her get ready and he carried her downstairs to the couch and got her settled.
“I love you,” Karly said.
“I love you more,” Luke said. The door opened and Kevin and Henry came in with David behind them.
“David!” Karly said. He smiled and came over and hugged her and shook Luke's hand. They sat down.
“So, what is this meeting about?” Luke asked.
“There is something we would like to ask Karly,” Henry said.
“There is no one else we trust to do it,” David said.
“Guys?” Karly asked.
“David and I are wanting to start a family and we want children that are a part of us,” Henry said.
“You want Karly to be your surrogate,” Luke said.
“Guys she's pregnant right now,” Kevin said.
“No, we have a surrogate,” Henry said.
“We don't have the egg portion,” David said.
“You want my wife's eggs?” Luke asked.
“We trust Karly with our lives, and she is like a sister to us,” Henry said.
“We couldn't ask anyone else,” David said.
“I'm not sure about this,” Luke said.
“I'll do it,” Karly said.
“Karly?” Henry asked.
“Are you sure?” David asked.
“Yes, I will help you guys,” Karly said.
“I will go along with my wife's choice, but it will have to wait until after the twins are born and she is producing again,” Luke said.
“Got it,” Henry said.
“We understand that,” David said.
“We weren't in a hurry, we just wanted to get the ball rolling,” Henry said.
“Thank you both,” David said.
“You're welcome,” Karly said. They left and Karly looked at Luke.

CHAPTER 158

Karly sat there looking at Luke was he sat there.
“What is it,” Karly said.
“It's nothing,” Luke said.
“Luke talk to me, what is wrong,” Karly said.
“It is just going to be weird,” Luke said.
“Weird how?” Karly asked.
“They would be using your eggs so the baby would be your child as much as theirs,” Luke said.
“It will be okay, I will have these babies with you and who knows how many more, this one they are planning might be the only one,” Karly said.
“And if it's not, they will come ask for more, what if you are pregnant again and this time they don't want to wait,” Luke said.
“When it's safe, I can have the doctor freeze some of my eggs just in case, like if I'm unable to carry a baby after having these two, I mean there is always a chance of complications,” Karly said.
“Karly, I have to ask, if something happens and I had to choose between you and the babies, what would you want me to do,” Luke said.
“The babies,” Karly said.
“Karly,” Luke said.
“The babies, choose the babies,” Karly said.
“I don't know if I can, I can't lose you, baby, I can't live without you,” Luke said.
“You can with our boys, they will be a part of me and they deserve the chance to live so promise me they come before me, Luke, please,” Karly said.
“I can't, Karly, I can't make that choice,” Luke said.
“Yes you can,” Karly said.
“I can't, baby, I can't make that choice, we can always have more babies but there is only one of you, the one who has my heart, you are my everything and I would be lost without you, I couldn't go on,” Luke said.
“Oh Luke,” Karly said.
“I hope I don't have to make a choice,” Luke said.
“I hope you don't either, come here,” Karly said. He sat beside her and took her in his arms. His phone beeped and he looked at it.
“Crap, I have to go but I can't leave you alone,” Luke said. He made a call and got up.
“You will be okay on the couch for awhile,” Luke said.
“Yeah until Kevin gets home if you aren't back before him,” Karly said. The door opened and closed and Barbara came in.
“Hey Mom thanks for coming,” Luke said.
“I was coming to visit anyways,” Barbara said. Luke hugged his mother and leaned down and kissed Karly.
“Be careful and come home to us,” Karly said.
“I will baby,” Luke said. He went out the door. Karly sat there. Barbara sat down and Karly told her everything that has happened.
“I think that's a great thing for you to do,” Barbara said.
“I thought so too, they want children and I am honored they wanted my help,” Karly said.
“They have a surrogate right?” Barbara asked.
“Yes they do,” Karly said.
“They don't want to use hers?” Barbara said.
“They said they want to use mine because I'm like a sister to them and they trust me completely,” Karly said.
“Well, they are family then,” Barbara said.
“Yes they are, anyways, how's Dad doing?” Karly asked.
“He's doing good, resting more and eating better, we don't want another heart attack to happen,” Barbara said.
“No we don't,” Karly said.
“How have you been doing, honey, I know being on bed rest isn't easy,” Barbara said.
“I hate it but I have to for my boys,” Karly said.
“All of your boys,” Barbara said.
“Yes, all of them,” Karly said.
“All three or all four?” Barbara asked.
“Four?” Karly asked.
“Kevin?” Barbara asked.
“He's my best friend, Mom,” Karly said.
“He's also your ex,” Barbara said.
“So, Luke's friends with him, he wanted him to live here, he trusts Kevin, Kevin said over and over again that he would not destroy a marriage,” Karly said.
“I'm sorry, Karly, I'm just in overprotective mom mode,” Barbara said.
“It's all good, I love Luke,” Karly said. The door opened and closed and Kevin came in and saw them on the couch.
“Hey what's up?” Kevin asked.
“Just talking, Luke had to go take care of something, not sure when he'll be back,” Karly said.
“Okay did Laura cook?” Kevin asked.
“Yeah I think she did, it might be in the oven,” Karly said.
“I'll get you some dinner,” Kevin said.
“Thanks Kev,” Karly said.
“Anytime beautiful,” Kevin said. He went into the kitchen. Barbara looked at Karly.
“You let him call you that?” Barbara asked.
“He's always called me that, even before we became a couple, Luke doesn't mind because he knows I'm his one and only and Kevin is my best friend,” Karly said.
“Okay,” Barbara said. They heard Kevin's phone ring and Kevin came into the living room and looked at them.
“Kev?” Karly asked.
“Kevin, what is it honey?” Barbara asked.
“Barbara can I talk to you in here?” Kevin asked. Barbara went into the kitchen with Kevin. Karly sat there wondering what was going on.
