It has been three months since they got back to normal after dealing with the cops. They had met with the chief and the commissioner and they apologized for all wrong doing and they still wanted to do business with Luke who increased the bill for the shipments to deal with the loss he suffered from the shipment that was stolen and sold off by the dirty cops who are each currently serving three years in prison due to their part in the theft. They agreed to the increased because they owed them. Karly was sitting in the office at the agency. She was doing paperwork while the boys were in the playpen watching Luke make faces at them. They were smiling. Hayley came in and saw them and came over.
“There's my nephews,” Hayley said.
“Hey sis, how are things?” Luke asked.
“Going good,” Hayley said.
“How's my niece?” Luke asked.
“OUR niece babe,” Karly said.
“Sorry baby, how is our niece doing?” Luke asked.
“Doing good, has grandma wrapped around her finger,” Hayley said.
“Those two have their Grandpa Rick wrapped around theirs,” Luke said. Kevin walked in and leaned against the wall. Karly got up and went to him. He pulled her in for a hug and cried on her shoulder.
“Kev what happened?” Karly asked.
“My mom called, my dad was in a car accident, he didn't make it,” Kevin said.
“Oh god Kev, I'm sorry,” Karly said. She continued hugging him. Hayley and Luke came over and joined the hug.
“I need to go back to Cleveland for a few days to be there for my mom,” Kevin said.
“Okay, call me and let me know when the funeral is,” Karly said.
“Karly,” Luke said.
“I will, Karly, now I need to see my godsons,” Kevin said. He went over and knelt down by the playpen and watched the boys. Luke looked at her.
“What Luke,” Karly said.
“You want to go to his father's funeral?” Luke whispered.
“Yes, he was like a father to me when I was with Kevin, I called him Dad,” Karly whispered.
“I'll go with you,” Luke said.
“I know you will,” Karly said.
“Kev, is anyone going with you?” Luke asked.
“Susan is going with me,” Kevin said.
“I'm glad you won't be alone,” Karly said.
“I better get going, are you bringing the boys with you?” Kevin asked.
“Probably, but not to the funeral itself, we might bring my dad and mom along and they can stay at the hotel with them,” Karly said. Kevin nodded and left. Karly hugged Luke. Three days later, Karly shut down the agency for a few days and everyone there headed to Cleveland to be there for Kevin. Karly, Luke, Austin, Abby, Eric, Hayley, Rick, Angela, and the babies headed to Cleveland as well. They landed and went to the hotel to check in and went to their rooms. Leaving the babies with Rick and Angela, Karly took them to Kevin's family home. She rang the doorbell and the door opened and Kevin stood there.
“Hey guys thanks for coming,” Kevin said.
“Of course,” Karly said. She hugged him. Everyone hugged him and they went in. They saw his mom sitting in the living room looking at photos. Karly looked around.
“Hasn't changed at all,” Karly said.
“Oh Karly!” Amber said. She got up and hugged her tight.
“Hi Amber, I'm so sorry for your loss, he was a great man,” Karly said.
“Yes, he was, now why are you calling me Amber, you know you can still call me Mom you know, I still think of you as a daughter,” Amber said. Karly smiled and hugged her.
“Okay Mom,” Karly said.
“Mom, meet the others, this is Luke, Karly's husband,” Kevin said.
“So sorry for your loss, Mrs. Parker,” Luke said.
“Thank you and you call me Mom as well,” Amber said.
“Hi Mom,” Austin said.
“Hi Mom,” Eric said.
“Oh, you two come here,” Amber said. Austin and Eric hugged her.
“This is my wife Abby,” Austin said.
“This is my wife, Hayley,” Eric said.
“It's nice to meet you both,” Amber said.
“You too, wish it was under better circumstances,” Hayley said.
“We are sorry for your loss, if there is anything we can do, let us know,” Abby said.
“You could find my son a new girlfriend,” Amber said.
“What?” Karly asked.
“What,” Luke said.
“Huh,” Austin said.
“What,” Eric said.
“Mom!” Kevin said.
“What happened with Susan?” Hayley asked.
“She met one of his cousins and instantly fell for him and they took off together after she broke up with Kevin,” Amber said.
“Oh god,” Karly said.
“Oh no,” Luke said.
“I would like to smack her,” Hayley said.
“How could she do that to you, Kev,” Abby said.
“I'll be fine, I just guess it wasn't meant to be,” Kevin said.
“We will get you back into the dating world,” Karly said.
“I will get back there soon,” Kevin said.
The next day, was the funeral. Kevin hugged his mom as they cried together. Susan was there sitting with a guy who she guessed was Kevin's cousin. They went to the graveside and went through the service there and went back to the church for dinner. Hayley and Abby both went off on Susan before Luke put a stop to it. They spent three more days with Kevin and his mom, and she met the babies and Karly and Luke told her she was an honorary grandma to them. They got on at the plane and went back home.

CHAPTER 220

Three weeks later, Kevin was back at work at the agency part time and with Jack part time. He said Susan moved to Cleveland to be close to his cousin. Karly sat in the office doing paperwork. Luke was playing with the twins. Eric came in with the baby. They had named her Lacey. He put her in the playpen with her cousins and sat down and held his head in his hands.
“Bro, what's wrong?” Karly asked.
“I caught Hayley in bed with another man,” Eric said.
“What!” Luke said.
“Who was it?” Karly asked.
“One of the male models here, the new guy she and Kevin hired while you were out, his name is Cameron, I told her that we were done but I'm not filing for divorce because the money will be taken away,” Eric said.
“Not necessarily,” Luke said.
“What do you mean?” Eric asked.
“Kevin and Jack found a loophole in the will,” Luke said.
“What?” Eric asked.
“If Hayley, Abby, or I cheat on you, Austin, and Karly, you can file for a divorce and keep the money,” Luke said.
“You're kidding me, right?” Eric asked.
“No bro, I saw it,” Karly said.
“So, I can file divorce papers then, I'm calling Kevin right now,” Eric said.
“Make sure to get custody too,” Karly said.
“I'm going to be a single dad though, what do I do about babysitting,” Eric said.
“Grandma Angela?” Karly asked.
“Awesome, thanks sis,” Eric said.
“I'll deal with my sister,” Luke said.
“Thanks, I better go before I see her,” Eric said.
“She took the day off because she said she was sick,” Karly said.
“Is Cameron sick too?” Eric asked.
“I don't know, haven't met him yet,” Karly said.
“I'm going to go, bye sis, bye bro,” Luke said. He put Lacey back in her carrier and went out the door. Karly looked at Luke.
“I can't believe this,” Karly said.
“I know, I would never do that to you, baby,” Luke said.
“Me either, babe, you are the only guy for me,” Karly said. There was a knock at the door. They looked up and saw a guy standing there.
“Can I help you?” Karly asked.
“Hi, I was looking for Hayley or Kevin,” Cameron said.
“Hayley's out sick and Kevin went to work at the law firm, so what do you need?” Karly asked.
“So, you are in charge?” Cameron asked.
“Yes, I am,” Karly said.
“I'm sorry, I just never saw you before,” Cameron said.
“I've been out on maternity leave after having twins, you the new guy, Cameron?” Karly asked.
“Yes, I am, and you are?” Cameron asked.
“Karly Stone,” Karly said.
“As in the main boss,” Luke said.
“This is my agency, Kevin and Hayley work for me, they didn't tell me they hired a new model, especially one who jumps into bed with a married woman,” Karly said. Cameron sat down.
“I didn't know she was married, she came onto me like she was single, I didn't see any rings, I found out after that she was married and I told her that I can't be with a married woman, she understood,” Cameron said.
“Well, she won't be married soon, she is my sister-in-law, I'm married to her brother, she was married to my brother, but since he caught you guys in bed, he's filing for a divorce, so she won't be married anymore so she will be single,” Karly said.
“I am sorry for that, I am telling the truth,” Cameron said.
“Luke?” Karly asked.
“We believe you,” Luke said.
“Do you have policies against models dating models?” Cameron asked.
“No, the top models, Matt and Dana are married to each other so I would say no,” Karly said.
“I asked Faith on a date so I will go make plans with her,” Cameron said.
“Okay it was nice meeting you, have a good day,” Karly said.
“You too Mrs. Stone,” Cameron said.
“Karly please,” Karly said.
“Okay Karly, thank you,” Cameron said. He left the office and Karly looked at Luke.
“What is going on with your sister,” Karly said.
“I don't know, but I'm going to find out,” Luke said.
“Okay so Eric is leasing out his old apartment so he probably needs a place to stay, maybe Austin will give him a place to stay,” Karly said.
“Any more people in our house and it might as well become a hotel,” Luke said.
“I agree,” Karly said. She made some phone calls.
“Okay, so Eric and Lacey are staying with Austin, he filed for a divorce,” Karly said.
“I'll take you home and I'll go talk with my sister,” Luke said.
“Okay, I'm almost done for the day,” Karly said. She finished up what she was working on as Luke got the boys in their seats. They left the agency after asking Matt and Dana to lock up when everyone leaves. They went home. Casey and Ethan took the boys and Luke left. Karly told Casey, Ethan, and Kenny what had happened.
“She cheated?” Ethan asked.
“Damn,” Kenny said.
“How could she do that to Eric,” Casey said.
“I know, he's filed for a divorce,” Karly said.
“But the money,” Casey said.
“Kevin and Jack found a loophole in that, if me, Austin, or Eric get cheated on, we keep the money,” Karly said.
“Thank goodness,” Kenny said.
“I hope he divorces her and leaves her with nothing,” Ethan said.
“He's planning on it,” Karly said. They sat in the living room and talked and played with the twins.

CHAPTER 221

Two hours later, Luke came home. Karly had put the boys to bed and was sitting in the living room with Casey, Ethan, and Kenny.
“Hey, did you talk to her?” Karly asked.
“Yeah, she is so mad at herself, she thought Eric was cheating on her and was so upset that she jumped into bed with Cameron without talking to Eric,” Luke said.
“She thought my brother cheated on her, he would never do that!” Karly said.
“She knows that now, she's not going to fight the divorce, at least Eric filed for joint custody,” Luke said.
“That's good,” Karly said.
“Why did she think Eric cheated?” Kenny asked.
“Because he would come home from work late and she met his new receptionist and she's been eyeing Eric and trying to get in his pants,” Luke said.
“Eric never would have done anything with her, he's got a strict policy that he never ever gets involved with anyone at work, Hayley had nothing to worry about,” Karly said.
“She knows that now,” Luke said.
“So is Kevin back in the dating world yet?” Casey asked.
“Not yet, I think he's afraid of getting hurt again,” Karly said.
“I wonder if he will want to get together with family during the holidays, he would have to see her being all lovey dovey with his cousin,” Ethan said.
“I can't believe she dumped him for his cousin,” Kenny said.
“He so did not deserve that,” Casey said.
“I'll just tell him he can join our holiday dinners so he would not have to go home and he can FaceTime his mom,” Karly said.
“Yes, he's family,” Luke said. Karly's phone rang. She looked at it and saw it was Kevin.
“Hey Kev,” Karly said.
“Hey beautiful, Henry texted me, he wants a meeting with us tomorrow, should I text Hayley?” Kevin asked.
“I will, what time?” Karly asked.
“9am,” Kevin said.
“Okay, see ya,” Karly said. She hung up and texted Hayley.
“Hey, meeting tomorrow at 9am with Henry, you be there?” Karly texted.
“Yeah, I'll be there,” Hayley texted. Karly leaned against Luke. He held her close. The next day, leaving the boys home with Luke and Casey, she went to the office and sat down. Kevin came in with Hayley.
“Hi sis,” Hayley said.
“Hey sis,” Karly said.
“Good, I don't have to play peacemaker,” Kevin said.
“It's fine, Kev, I don't like what she did, but I can't hate her, she's family still,” Karly said.
“I may be divorcing her brother, she's still married to mine,” Hayley said.
“True,” Kevin said.
“Hey all,” Henry said. He came in and sat down. Hayley and Kevin sat down.
“What's up Henry?” Karly asked.
“I just started a new bathing suit line and I want to do a photoshoot in Miami next month,” Henry said.
“Okay,” Karly said.
“Okay,” Kevin said.
“Okay, I won't be able to go, can't travel,” Hayley said.
“I will go and you cover the office,” Karly said.
“Is the bathing suits for women only or is there men's too?” Kevin asked.
“Both, so I will need all the models,” Henry said.
“Okay, Hayley, while we are gone, you are to rest,” Karly said.
“All right,” Hayley said.
“Are you bringing Luke and the babies?” Henry asked.
“Probably,” Karly said.
“Luke, let her go out of town without him, nope,” Kevin said.
“Why did I ask,” Henry said.
“Luke is her shadow,” Hayley said.
“I managed to leave him home today, only because the boys were a little fussy,” Karly said.
“Karly, thank you for the egg donation, we started the process, we should find out soon if it took,” Henry said.
“You're welcome, hope your family gets started,” Karly said.
“You excited?” Kevin asked.
“Oh yeah, so excited, our surrogate will come stay with us for the duration of the pregnancy,” Henry said.
“Happy for you and David,” Hayley said.
“Thanks Hayley,” Henry said.
Henry left an hour later, and Karly and Kevin did paperwork. Hayley sat at her desk.

CHAPTER 222

The next day, Karly and Luke were at the agency with the boys. Karly was doing paperwork when she heard arguing outside the office and she got up and went to the door and saw Cameron and Faith arguing with Hayley.
“You can't fire her because I'm going on a date with her, Hayley, you have no right to do that!” Cameron said.
“I'm a partner here so I can, and I did,” Hayley said.
“You are being ridiculous, you and I had that one night and I didn't want more because you were married so I move on, we are not,” Cameron said.
“Faith isn't fired, go on back to work, guys, I will have a chat with my sister-in-law,” Karly said. Cameron and Faith went back to work. Karly glared at Hayley.
“What,” Hayley said.
“You know what, Hayley, wanting Faith gone because Cameron asked her on a date, just because you went to bed with him, he can't date anyone, is that it?” Karly asked.
“He was mine first,” Hayley said.
“He doesn't want you now, as of now, all your privileges are revoked, you can't fire anyone anymore, I'm the only one here with the authority to hire and fire people, and don't bother asking Luke to take over because he will go along with me,” Karly said.
“You got that right,” Luke said.
“Oh god, I don't know what's wrong with me, it's like I'm two different people,” Hayley said.
“Hayley, have you had checkup to see if your brain tumor returned?” Luke asked.
“No, oh god, you think that it's back, bro, take me to the hospital, please,” Hayley said.
“I'll see where Kevin is so he can help Karly with the boys,” Luke said.
“I'm here,” Kevin said. Kevin came in and sat down by the playpen.
“Hey boys, Uncle Kevy is here,” Kevin said.
“Luke, call when you find out anything,” Karly said.
“I will, baby,” Luke said. He kissed her and left with Hayley. Karly called Eric.
“Hey sis what's up,” Eric said.
“Hey bro, Luke just took Hayley to the hospital, for a checkup to see if maybe her tumor might have came back,” Karly said.
“Oh no, and if it has, what to do about the baby she's carrying,” Eric said.
“Yeah, I know you are divorcing her but I thought you should know what's going on because of the baby and she is Lacey's mother,” Karly said.
“Thanks for calling, sis, I'm going to head there now,” Eric said.
“Okay bro,” Karly said. She hung up and sat back. She watched Kevin play with the boys.
“They love their Uncle Kevy,” Karly said.
“And I love them, thank you for making me godfather, Karly, I would take care of them like they were my own if something were to happen to you and Luke,” Kevin said.
“I know,” Karly said. There was a knock at the door. They looked up and saw Cameron there.
“Hey Cameron, what's up,” Kevin said.
“I just wanted to come say thank you to you, Karly, for helping Faith out, she didn't deserve what Hayley did to her,” Cameron said.
“There may be a reason behind Hayley's behavior,” Karly said.
“What's that?” Cameron asked.
“A brain tumor, she had one a few months ago and did chemo and it went away, it might have come back,” Kevin said.
“Oh man,” Cameron said.
“My husband who is her brother just took her to get a checkup,” Karly said.
“Does her ex know?” Cameron asked.
“Her ex who is my brother knows, he is heading there now, she's pregnant with their second child so it might be an issue if she has the tumor again,” Karly said. Her phone rings and she sees it's Luke calling.
“Hey babe, what's the news?” Karly asked.
“The tumor is back, they want to do chemo but it would hurt the baby and it's too late to do what they did last time and the doctor told her and Eric that she would not live long enough to carry the baby to term if she doesn't start chemo now,” Luke said.
“Oh man, what is she going to do?” Karly asked. Kevin and Cameron looked at each other.
“She wants the baby of course, and wants to carry long enough for it to survive but we told her she could die before then,” Luke said.
“Did you call your parents?” Karly asked.
“Yeah I did, they are coming down,” Luke said.
“Do you need me there?” Karly asked.
“What about the boys?” Luke asked.
“I think they will be in good hands with their godfather,” Karly said.
“Then yes, I need you baby,” Luke said.
“I'll be there soon,” Karly said. She hung up and looked at them.
“It’s back isn't it,” Kevin said.
“Yeah,” Karly said.
“I'll watch the boys, Cameron can help me, he's got nephews so he knows what to do,” Kevin said.
“Okay thanks guys,” Karly said. She went out the door and went to the hospital and found Luke sitting in the waiting room with Peter and Barbara. Luke saw her and ran to her and took her in his arms and buried his face in her neck. She held him close.

CHAPTER 223

Karly sat there in the waiting room holding Luke in her arms as he had his face buried in her neck.
“I'm so scared, baby, I don't want to lose my baby sister,” Luke said.
“I know, babe,” I know, I need to go talk to someone about something, I'll be back,” Karly said.
“Baby,” Luke said.
“I'll be back, babe,” Karly said. She went to find Dr. Reagan. She found her in her office.
“Karly, hello, how are the boys?” Dr. Reagan asked.
“Doing good, I need to talk to you about Hayley and her baby, is it really too late to do the embryo transfer,” Karly said.
“Not yet, but in two weeks it is, I only said it was because by the time Ginger would be able to carry a child, it would be too late,” Dr. Reagan said.
“So, if I find someone else, it can happen?” Karly asked.
“If they are compatible, yes,” Dr. Reagan said.
“I know someone who can be tested,” Karly said. She made a call and told Dr. Reagan and she nodded. Karly went out and sat with Luke.
“Baby, what's going on?” Luke asked.
“I went to talk to Dr. Reagan about Hayley,” Karly said.
“Okay and?” Luke asked.
“They can still do the embryo transfer but if they waited for Ginger, it would be too late, so I made a call,” Karly said.
“To who?” Luke asked.
“Someone who could do it,” Karly said.
“Hey sis,” Casey said. Casey and Becca came up to them.
“Becca?” Luke asked.
“If she would be willing to do it,” Karly said.
“Karly?” Becca asked.
“Hayley's brain tumor is back, and she's pregnant, they want to do chemo but she won't because of the baby, they can transfer the embryo to someone to carry the baby like what they did with Lacey, it would be too late if they waited for Ginger to be healed,” Karly said.
“Where do I go?” Becca asked.
“Becca, you would do this for them?” Casey asked.
“I can't let your brother lose his baby,” Becca said.
“I love you and I'm behind you all the way,” Casey said.
“Becca, I'm Dr. Reagan, come with me and we will get started,” Dr. Reagan said. Becca went with her and Casey sat down with Karly and Luke.
“I hope she can carry the baby; I don't think Eric can handle losing the baby,” Casey said.
“Hayley doesn't want to either, she fought with us before when she was pregnant with Lacey, until I had the idea of someone carrying the baby for them,” Karly said. Eric came out and sat down.
“Bro,” Karly said.
“Bro?” Casey asked.
“Becca's a match and they are doing it now,” Eric said.
“Okay good, they can do chemo straight away then,” Karly said.
“I canceled the divorce and we are going to do marriage counseling,” Eric said.
“We will support you no matter what,” Karly said.
“Yeah bro, we got your back,” Casey said.
“Thanks sis and bro,” Eric said.
“So, you are giving my sister another chance?” Luke asked.
“We will see after counseling,” Eric said.
“Okay,” Luke said.
“The guy she was in bed with is dating one of the models at the agency so there is no chance of that happening again,” Karly said.
“I think all the guys at the agency are in a relationship now except Kevin but he's family,” Luke said.
“I trust her with Kevin, they are more like brother and sister than anything,” Eric said.
“Eric?” Dr. Reagan asked.
“Doc?” Eric said.
“It worked, Becca is carrying yours and Hayley's child, and Hayley is starting chemo right away,” Dr. Reagan said.
“Thank god, can I go be with her?” Eric asked.
“Sure,” Dr. Reagan said. Eric went to be with Hayley. Karly sat down and leaned against Luke. Dr. Reagan came over to her.
“Karly, are you okay?” Dr. Reagan asked.
“I'm just tired that's all,” Karly said.
“Why don't we go get some tests to be safe,” Dr. Reagan said.
“All right, can Luke come with me?” Karly asked.
“Of course,” Dr. Reagan said. Karly and Luke went to a room and Dr. Reagan ran some tests and left the room. Karly sat there leaning against Luke.
“Baby, you okay?” Luke said.
“I just feel wiped out, I mean I felt like this after finding out that I was pregnant with...oh no,” Karly said.
“Karly?” Luke asked.
“Oh god, Luke, I could be pregnant,” Karly said.
“And that's a bad thing?” Luke asked.
“No, I mean, not really, just not this soon, the boys are only three months old, I wanted to spread them like have a year or two between them,” Karly said.
“I'm sorry, baby,” Luke said.
“It's not your fault, we thought we were protected enough,” Karly said.
“We will be happy either way, right?” Luke asked.
“Yes of course, a baby who is a part of you and me,” Karly said.
“Symbol of our love, like the boys are,” Luke said.
“I guess you would want a girl this time,” Karly said.
“Hoping but happy either way,” Luke said.
“I hope that if I am pregnant, it's not twins again and I don't have to be on bed rest again,” Karly said. Dr. Reagan came in and looked at them. Luke held Karly's hand as they looked at her.

CHAPTER 224

Luke and Karly sat there holding hands as they looked at Dr. Reagan.
“Doc, what's wrong with my wife?” Luke asked.
“I'm pregnant, aren't I,” Karly said.
“Yes, Karly, three weeks along,” Dr. Reagan said.
“I guess being on the pill didn't work,” Karly said.
“Sometimes not 100% effective either,” Dr. Reagan said.
“Okay, so I guess I'm having a baby, sooner than expected but we will make it work,” Karly said.
“I know having three babies under two will be hard,” Dr. Reagan said.
“But we have a great support system,” Karly said.
“Good,” Dr. Reagan said.
“Can I fly to Miami next month for a photoshoot?” Karly asked.
“If you don't have morning sickness, you can,” Dr. Reagan said.
“Thank you, Dr. Reagan,” Karly said.
“Thanks doc,” Luke said. An hour later, they walked out and sat down. Austin and Abby arrived as did Rick, Ethan, Kenny, and Alyssa. They were talking with Peter and Barbara.
“There you are, what did you find out?” Barbara asked.
“I'm pregnant, three weeks along,” Karly said. They all got up and hugged them.
“Congrats you two,” Austin said.
“Thanks,” Karly said.
“You okay sis?” Austin asked.
“It's happening sooner than expected, she wanted to wait a year or so,” Luke said.
“I think god had other plans,” Peter said.
“Yeah, I mean I'm happy but it's going to be exhausting having three kids under 2 but I am just going to look at it as a blessing,” Karly said.
“That's the way to do it,” Barbara said.
“You have our support,” Rick said.
“We told the doc that we do have a good support system,” Luke said.
“Yes, you do,” Abby said.
“We will need that as well,” Austin said.
“You guys too?!” Karly said.
“Yes, four weeks,” Abby said.
“So close together!” Karly said.
“Yep,” Austin said.
“Any word on Hayley?” Luke asked.
“They've finished chemo and are letting her nausea subside before letting her go, she felt sick after she was done,” Barbara said.
“Is Becca okay?” Karly asked.
“Yes, Casey took her home to rest, Casey told Eric and Hayley that he would take care of her so I guess she's moving in with you guys or he's moving in with her,” Peter said.
“I guess we will find out, we should go get the boys and head home,” Karly said.
“Mom, Dad, call if anything changes or when she's home,” Luke said.
“Okay honey,” Barbara said. They hugged everyone and went to the agency and found Kevin and Cameron playing with the boys.
“So, what happened?” Kevin asked.
“They did the embryo transfer and Becca is carrying the baby for them,” Karly said.
“I thought it was too late for that,” Kevin said.
“Would have been if they waited for Ginger to be healed from having Lacey, Becca was also compatible,” Luke said.
“They gave Hayley her first chemo treatment after the procedure,” Karly said.
“I hope she beats this again,” Kevin said.
“So do I, she's my little sister,” Luke said.
“In other news, Eric canceled the divorce and they are going to do marriage counseling,” Karly said.
“I hope it works out for all of it,” Cameron said.
“When is your date with Faith?” Karly asked.
“In a couple hours,” Cameron said.
“Thanks for helping Kevin with them,” Karly said.
“Not a problem, they were good little guys,” Cameron said.
“I hope it works out with you and Faith, don't want any awkwardness here at the office,” Karly said.
“Me too, bye guys,” Cameron said. He went out the door. Karly and Luke got the boys in the carseats.
“And one more bit of news, found out that I'm pregnant again, three weeks along,” Karly said.
“Are you going to be able to go to Miami?” Kevin asked.
“Hopefully if morning sickness lays off,” Karly said.
“If not, you will have to be boss man,” Luke said.
“Okay, along with Matt and Dana,” Kevin said.
“Yep,” Karly said. They all left the agency and Kevin went home to his apartment. Luke and Karly took the boys home. An hour later, they doorbell rang. Karly opened the door and saw Kevin standing there.
“Kev?” Karly asked.
“Hey,” Kevin said.
“What's wrong?” Karly asked.
“I'm losing my apartment again!” Kevin said. He showed her the notice he got and looked at him.
“More apartments turning into offices, how many apartment buildings are doing this,” Karly said.
“I don't know, maybe I should get a small house in a neighborhood or something,” Kevin said.
“Or move back in here with the guys,” Luke said.
“I might,” Kevin said.
“No might, do it man,” Luke said.
“Yeah,” Karly said.
“All right,” Kevin said. He left to go pack. They told Ethan and Kenny what was going on.

CHAPTER 225

Karly put the boys down when Luke came in.
“Hey baby, Kevin called, he got home and found another notice on his door, the building is staying as is, as apartments so he doesn't have to move,” Luke said.
“Good because I had an idea, contact the owner of the building and see if we can buy the building so it will be safe in the future,” Karly said.
“Good idea, baby, I'll get right on it,” Luke said. He kissed her forehead and they went downstairs and had dinner. Laura cleaned up after they were done.
“Laura, as usual, dinner was amazing,” Karly said.
“Thank you, Karly, I enjoy cooking,” Laura said.
“You deserve a raise,” Karly said.
“Most definitely,” Luke said.
“Yep,” Ethan said.
“Yep,” Kenny said.
“Thank you, guys, have a good night,” Laura said. She left and Karly and the guys went into the living room and sat down and watched movies. Three days later, Kenny and Ethan were babysitting the twins so Karly and Luke could have a date night. They went to dinner and then stopped at the club to check on things. Luke went to his office while Karly checked in with James at the bar.
“Hi James,” Karly said.
“Hey boss lady, want a drink?” James asked.
“Can't drink, expecting again,” Karly said.
“So soon, you had just the twins three months ago,” James said.
“I know, but he couldn't help himself,” Karly said.
“Figures, how about a club soda,” James said.
“Thanks James,” Karly said. She sat there looking around and James put her drink in front of her and she took a sip. She felt a tap on her shoulder and she looked and saw a guy smiling at her.
“Hi there, would you like to dance?” the guy asked.
“No thank you, I'm waiting for someone,” Karly said.
“They can find you on the dance floor,” the guy said.
“I said no thank you,” Karly said.
“Please?” the guy said.
“Look I'm married okay, and my husband owns this club which makes me part owner so if you want to keep coming back into this club, I suggest you walk away and leave me alone, I said no and I meant it,” Karly said.
“I'm sorry, goodbye,” the guy said. He walked off and Karly shook her head and she finished her drink and went to the office and closed the door and laid on the couch.
“Baby what's wrong?” Luke asked.
“Some guy wanting to dance and I told him no and he wouldn't take no for an answer until I told him that we owned the club and to leave me alone or he wouldn't be allowed back in here,” Karly said.
“Did he leave you alone?” Luke asked.
“Yep,” Karly said.
“I'm almost done here and we can go home to our boys,” Luke said.
“We go home to our boys and then we go to bed and have a little fun,” Karly said. Luke growled.
“Lock the door baby,” Luke said. She locked the office door and turned and he pushed her against the wall and reached under her dress and pulled her panties off. He unbuckled his pants and pushed them and his boxers down and lifted her up against the wall by her ass and found his way deep into her body. He went fast and hard.
“Oh god baby, I couldn't wait until we got home,” Luke said.

Karly looked at Luke and he looked at her.
“Were those gunshots?” Karly asked.
“Yeah, I'm calling Rames,” Luke said. He sent a text to him telling him that there was gunshots at the club. He got a reply back.
“Luke?” Karly asked.
“He's on the way, I need to go out there,” Luke said.
“No!” Karly said. She locked the door and stood in front of it and looked at him.
“Baby please,” Luke said.
“Call James and find out what's going on,” Karly said. He made the call to James and talked with him and hung up.
“Drew and Sam got the guy and are holding him in the backroom,” Luke said.
“Let's go find out why he brought a gun into our club,” Karly said.
“No, you should stay here,” Luke said.
“No, Luke, we do this together,” Karly said.
“Baby,” Luke said.
“Luke!” Karly said.
“Fine!” Luke said. They went to the backroom and he walked in first and looked at the guy.
“Why did you come into the club with a gun?” Luke asked.
“I met a woman here, she said she was part owner of the club and she turned me down for a dance, I wanted her so bad that I came with the gun because I wanted her husband out of the way,” the guy said.
“Oh, so you are the jackass,” Luke said.
“What,” the guy said.
“The jackass who was trying to get with a married woman, happily blissfully married, right babe,” Karly said. She wrapped her arms around Luke as he pulled her close.
“My wife will never be yours, even if I was out of the way, she would never ever be with you, because she would kill you for killing me, right baby?” Luke said.
“Yep and I have killed a guy before,” Karly said.
“Oh god,” the guy said.
“So here is what you are going to do, we will let you live, but only if you confess to the police that you came here with the intent of killing my husband, who by the way works with the NYPD, have you heard of the Stone Family Mafia?” Karly asked.
“Oh no,” the guy said.

“Oh god no, yes I will do anything you say,” the guy said.
“Karly, Luke, what's going on?” Detective Rames asked.
“Detective Rames will take your statement,” Karly said.
“I came here with the intent of killing Luke Stone,” the guy said.
“So you wanted to kill one of the mafia kings in the city, why?” Detective Rames asked.
“It started out him asking me to dance and I said no repeatedly until finally I told him that my husband and I own the club and if he didn't back off, I would ban him from the club, I thought that was it until later when me and Luke were in the office, we heard gunshots out here, Luke called out to James and he said that Drew and Sam had him back here,” Karly said.
“Basically he wanted me out of the way so he can get to my wife,” Luke said.
“Rames, I'm sorry but if he had killed Luke, I would have killed him,” Karly said.
“And I would call that justifiable homicide,” Detective Rames said.
“What, you would let her off on a murder charge?” the guy said.
“Sir, he sells guns, ammo, and vests to the NYPD, do you think we would let his wife go down for murdering the man who killed her husband, with him gone, she would take over and we want to keep business as is so if she's in prison, it stops and we don't want that, you are under arrest for attempted murder, possession of a firearm with the intent to kill, you have the right to remain silent, anything you say will be held against you in a court of law, you have the right to an attorney, if you can't afford one, one will be appointed to you, you understand the rights as I have read them to you?” Detective Rames said.
“Yes sir,” the guys said.
“You are lucky that you are going to jail and not the funeral home,” Detective Rames said. He cuffed him and took him out. Luke hugged Karly close.
“I wanted to kill him baby, I came so close,” Luke said.
“I know, let's go home to our boys,” Karly said. They went home and saw Ethan and Kenny sitting on the couch with the boys. Luke took Kingston and Karly took Jackson. They told Ethan and Kenny what had happened.
“He came to kill Luke,” Ethan said.
“He's crazy,” Kenny said.
“I know,” Karly said.
“How were these little guys tonight?” Luke said.
“They did good,” Kenny said.
“Kingston threw up on Uncle Kenny,” Ethan said.
“He spit up on me that's all, it's fine,” Kenny said.

“You guys need to get dates and got out or hang with friends,” Karly said.
“I have a date tomorrow night,” Kenny said.
“With who?” Ethan asked.

“Not one word,” Ethan said. The front door opened and closed and Rick, Angela, and Alyssa came in.
“Someone has a date tonight,” Angela said.

“Bro, we know you have a date with a girl named Tanya from school,” Alyssa said.

“Luke let's get these boys to bed,” Karly said. They took the boys to bed and went to their room and changed and went downstairs and they all were arguing.
