Karly and Luke were on the way home. Luke's phone rang and he saw it was his dad.
“Dad?” Luke asked.
“Hey Luke, your mom became sick, so Eric and Hayley took the little ones over to Austin and Abby's,” Peter said.
“Okay, we will go get them, so they aren't overwhelmed,” Luke said.
“Okay bye son,” Peter said. Luke hung up and headed to Austin's. They went up to the door and rang the doorbell. Austin opened the door with Kingston in his arms. Kingston saw his mom and dove in her arms.
“Hey little guy, missed Mommy huh,” Karly said.
“Yes, he did,” Austin said. Abby came with Jackson and he dove for Luke who took him in his arms.
“Hey buddy, Daddy's boy huh,” Luke said.
“I guess we know who the favorite parent for each twin is,” Austin said.
“Yep, Kingston is Mommy's boy and Jackson is Daddy's boy” Abby said.

“Do you remember how things were when you were pregnant with Kingston and Jackson?” Luke asked.
“How can I forget how it was,” Karly said.
“Do you want to end up on bed rest again and leave Kevin and Hayley in charge of the agency?” Luke asked.
“No,” Karly said.
“Baby, I don't want you overdoing it, I want you resting as much as you can, so you can have a normal pregnancy where you are able to go to work, not stuck home in bed,” Luke said.
“I know, I'm sorry, I just don't want you to be overwhelmed because you are doing your work and mine,” Karly said.
“Hayley and Kevin got the paperwork under control, it's just the payroll, baby, I'm training Drew and Sam to do paperwork for the clubs so all I would have to do is payroll for the clubs and the agency,” Luke said.
“I should go rest then,” Karly said.
“If you want to, just lay down on the couch over there so you are with me and the boys,” Luke said. Karly nodded and laid down on the couch and closed her eyes and went to sleep.

The next day, Karly walked into the agency and saw Steven talking with Rachel at her desk. He looked up and saw her and smiled and Rachel saw her and smiled.

“Yes, it is, Daisy loves her,” Steven said.
“And I love her,” Rachel said.
“Thank you, Karly, for getting us together,” Steven said.
“Yes, thank you, I have never been this happy,” Rachel said.
“Happy to help, I better get to work,” Karly said. She went into the office and sat down and began paperwork. Her phone beeped.
“Line one for you, Karly,” Rachel said.
“Thanks,” Karly said. She cleared her throat and picked up the phone.
“Hello this is Karly,” Karly said.
“Ms. Stone, hello, my name is Adam Harris and I am with the Harris Modeling Group in Los Angeles,” the guy said.
“Mr. Harris, what can I do for you?” Karly asked.
“I was wondering if we could have a meeting to discuss a business venture,” Adam said.
“Okay I am available for a meeting any time this week if that works for you, I will have to talk to my partners and see when they are available,” Karly said.
“I was hoping for a meeting alone,” Adam said.
“Mr. Harris, with all due respect, I may own the agency but me and my partners are a team, the meeting will be with all four of us or no meeting at all,” Karly said.
“Very well, Wednesday at 10am okay with you?” Adam asked.
“That's fine, we will see you then,” Karly said.
“Have a good day,” Adam said. Karly hung up as Hayley and Kevin came in. She looked at them.
“Hey sis,” Hayley said.

“Adam Harris from the Harris Modeling Group in LA wants to meet with me about a business venture, seems he wanted to meet with me alone but I told him that he would be meeting with the three of us or no meeting at all so Wednesday at 10am,” Karly said.
“I will look him up and see what he looks like and about the group,” Hayley said. She went out to her desk to get to work. Kevin sat down.
“You okay?” Kevin asked.
“I'm fine, I'm just thinking about that phone call, why would he want to meet alone,” Karly said.
“I don't know but Luke should be here as well,” Kevin said.
“You think so?” Karly asked.
“Yeah Karly, if you have this uneasy feeling from that phone call, you should have your husband here for support, me and Hayley will be there as well,” Kevin said.
“Oh god, Kev, you're right, I need to tell Luke about it, he should be here for the meeting, he is part owner,” Karly said.
“Hayley, find anything yet?!” Kevin said.
“I'm gathering everything up now,” Hayley said. She came in and they looked at everything she could find.
“Okay, just a modeling agency like us, what could he want to meet about, I wonder,” Karly said.
“But the question is why would he want to meet with you alone?” Hayley asked.
“I had an idea,” Karly said. She told them her plan and they looked at her and nodded.
“So, we purposely come in late, making up an excuse, and Luke can stand by the door like a bodyguard and come in with us,” Hayley said.
“We will let you guys meet alone for ten minutes and then come in,” Kevin said.
“Okay,” Karly said. She went home after she was done there and found Luke playing with the boys.
“Hey guys,” Karly said.

“I have a meeting on Wednesday at 10am with Adam Harris of the Harris Modeling group from LA, he wanted to meet alone but I insisted on having Kevin and Hayley with me and I might want you there as well, but I want to see why he was so intent on meeting alone so you guys will come in ten minutes late,” Karly said.

“My strong ass queen, okay, baby, but if anything happens, don't hesitate,” Luke said.

On Wednesday morning, Casey and Ethan watched the boys while Karly and Luke went to the agency. He sat with Hayley while Karly went into the office and sat down and got started on paperwork and working out schedules for the models. There was a knock at the door. She looked up and saw Rachel there.
“Rachel?” Karly asked.
“Mr. Harris is here for the meeting,” Rachel said.
“Okay send him in,” Karly said. She sent a quick text to Hayley and Kevin. She looked up and saw Adam standing there.
“Hello,” Adam said.
“Mr. Harris, welcome, have a seat,” Karly said. He sat down and she put her phone down and looked at him.
“Thank you for meeting with me, you said your partners would be here,” Adam said.
“They are running late, we can start without them, so what brings you to New York for this meeting,” Karly said.
“Very week, I ha e been having meetings with the models who work for me and they have the desire to move to New York so I looked up all the modeling agencies in the city and yours was at the top of the list as being the most successful and popular so I was wondering if you would consider joining forces,” Adam said.
“You mean combine our modeling agencies into one?” Karly asked.
“Yes, and I could join you and your partners as another partner, we all want to get out of LA, we are one of the two modeling agencies left in the city, they all are leaving, if we do this, the other agency left is going to move to Paris which is what they want, there wont' be a modeling agency left in LA and I certainly don't want mine to be the only one, my cousin owns the other and she wants to go to Paris,” Adam said.
“That sounds like it could be possible, just have to speak to my partners and my co-owner,” Karly said.

“Okay so you want to fill us in on what brings you here, Mr. Harris?” Hayley said. Adam tell them what he came to meet with them about. Hayley and Kevin looked at each other and leaned over and whispered to Karly and she smiled.
“I think we can work something out, Kevin can draw up the paperwork for the legal part,” Karly said.
“I am also a lawyer,” Kevin said.
“So, you are partner, photographer, and a lawyer,” Adam said.
“He majored in law in college, minored in photography, there was more opportunities for photography, so he went that route and he is partner in the law firm of my family's lawyer,” Karly said.
“But things have been slow there lately,” Kevin said.
“So, Mr. Harris, how many models do you have?” Hayley asked.
“Eight,” Adam said.
“I will get the paperwork started, if you let me have the names of your models and any staff you have,” Kevin said.
“I got it all right here, it's just me and my photographer, Liam for staff,” Adam said.
“You didn't have a partner or an assistant to help you with paperwork and all that?” Karly asked.
“No, I did it all alone and I am completely worn out from it,” Adam said.

“Okay so I guess according to my husband here, I'm not going to be here full time but Hayley and Kevin are capable of running things around here, we have two assistants, Matt and Dana who are also the top models here and are husband and wife, they kept everything running smoothly around here while I was out of the office, Kevin was mainly the one here doing most of the work because Hayley had to take time off due to a brain tumor,” Karly said.
“Which I beat by the way,” Hayley said.
“Luke does the payroll for the agency, since I was out and couldn't do much of anything, he started doing the payroll because he owns two nightclubs here in the city so he's used to doing payroll for them,” Karly said.

“Something has to be done, I'm calling Kevin,” Karly said. She called Kevin and he and Samantha came in.
“Kev, we need to find a way to get that frat shut down,” Karly said.

“No, that jackass may have been the one to beat you but everyone in that house is guilty by association, they stood there and let him beat you, they didn't try to help you or put a stop to it, they had to have known his intentions,” Karly said.
“I will get with Jack in the morning and we will get to work on it,” Kevin said.

“Well we can do ours together and Skype her to include her,” Karly said.
“Yes, that will work,” Samantha said.
“I'll organize it with Hayley and Abby,” Angela said.
“Thanks Mom,” Karly said.
“I'm surprised you didn't pick Dev as godfather,” Casey said.
“Crap,” Kevin said.
“No, he isn't, we thought it would be easier for Luke to be godfather because Kevin picked Karly, Dev gets the title of Uncle, I also made out a living will,” Samantha said.
“Actually, we did together,” Kevin said.
“If anything was to happen to me and Kev, Dev and Sara would get guardianship of the baby,” Samantha said.
“Do they know that?” Luke asked.
“No, they won't until it actually happens,” Kevin said.
“They should know to be prepared,” Karly said.
“She's right, they should know beforehand,” Luke said.
“All right, I'll call Sara and tell her,” Samantha said.
“Let's get home and you can call her, see ya guys,” Kevin said. They left. Angela hugged Ethan close. He held onto his mother.

“Nope, you have three, you can't forget Abby and Hayley,” Karly said.

They decided to have the results put an envelope and given it to Hayley and Barbara for the gender reveal party. The transition between Karly's agency and Adam's group went smoothly and his models and assistant get along great with hers. His assistant joined Matt and Dana to learn how things run at Karly's agency. Adam went over everything with Karly, Hayley, and Kevin on how things are done there. Ethan came into the office.
“Hey bro, what's up?” Karly asked.
“I was on my way home from class and I wanted to stop and ask if I could come work here with you,” Ethan said.
“Of course, we have expanded so we could use the help,” Karly said.
“Thanks sis,” Ethan said.
“Ethan, this is Adam, he and his crew moved here from LA and joined the agency, so he's partner along with Kevin and Hayley,” Karly said.
“Hello Ethan,” Adam said. Ethan just stared at him. Karly looked between them and noticed the way they were looking at each other.
“Okay, I have to ask this, Adam, are you gay, bi, or straight?” Karly asked.
“I'm gay,” Adam said.
“So is Ethan, and I see the way you guys are looking at each other, he's not seeing anyone and if you aren't, maybe you guys could go out,” Karly said.
“Would you like to, Ethan?” Adam asked.
“Uh, I, yeah that would be great,” Ethan said.
“Okay then, go out now and have a good time,” Karly said. Adam got up and they left. Matt and Dana came in.
“What was that?” Matt asked.
“First date,” Karly said.
“Aww, should have got pictures, big sister, his first date with his new lifestyle, there is nothing like it,” Dana said
“Karly, I want you to do know that we fully support Ethan and his sexuality, he is just your brother in our eyes, he is normal to us,” Matt said.
“Hayley told us what that kid did to him,” Dana said.
“He better pay for what he did,” Matt said.
“I'm glad he's behind bars, I wanted to kill him for what he did to my brother,” Karly said.
“So did I, he's my brother too,” Hayley said.
“I'm just glad Kenny saved him, we all owe Kenny, he saved his brother,” Karly said.
“Sis?” Kenny asked.
“Hey bro, was just talking about you,” Karly said.
“Yeah Kenny, you are a savior, we all owe you for what you did for Ethan,” Hayley said.
“He's my brother, I love him, I wanted to kill that jerk,” Kenny said.
“He's in jail and he will get what's coming to him, and Ethan is out on his first date,” Karly said.
“With who?” Kenny asked.
“Adam,” Karly said.
“Adam? The guy from LA? He's gay?” Kenny asked.
“Yep and Ethan came by and they were looking at each other like it was love at first sight so I sent them out on a date,” Karly said.
“Wow, I hope it goes well,” Kenny said.
“Me too and Ethan wants to come work here so Matt and Dana, he's joining you guys and Liam,” Karly said.
“He can fill in for Liam when he goes to help Kevin with photography,” Matt said.
“We are expanding so we could use all the help we can get, Luke wants me to not be here full time so Kevin will have to fill in while I'm not here so Liam will have to fill in for Kevin so Ethan can be an assistant with you guys,” Karly said.
“Karly?” Liam asked.
“Yes Liam?” Karly asked.
“Have you seen Adam?” Liam asked.
“He went out on a date,” Karly said.
“Finally!” Liam said.
“What?” Karly said.
“It's about time he went on a date and found someone new,” Liam said.
“Bad ex?” Karly asked.
“His ex cheated on him with a woman and decided he wasn't gay anymore,” Liam said.
“Yikes,” Karly said.
“Who did he go with?” Liam asked.
“My brother, Ethan, he just came out a couple months ago, he was at a frat part and one of the guys there found out and beat him up, Kenny here saved him,” Karly said.
“If I had been there later, I would have been too late,” Kenny said
“So, this guy was going to beat your brother to death?” Liam asked.
“Yes, Kevin got the frat house shut down because everyone stood around and watched, no one did anything to help, they were going to watch him beat my brother to death,” Karly said.
“That is so wrong, I'm glad they got shut down, what happened to the guy who did it,” Liam said.
“In jail where he belongs, we prefer him six feet underground but that's wishful thinking,” Hayley said.
“That's my wish,” Kenny said.
“What's that kid's name?” Liam asked.
“Frankie Donovan, he was a senior at Columbia University,” Kenny said.
“Oh god,” Liam said.
“Liam?” Karly asked.
“He's my little brother, I heard he was in jail for beating someone up, oh god Karly, Kenny, I'm sorry,” Liam said.
“Liam you didn't know,” Karly said.
“I should have known, I cut myself off from him a year ago after he slept with my ex, I wanted nothing to do with him after that,” Liam said.
“Hello?” Detective Rames said.
“Detective Rames, what brings you by?” Karly asked.
“I am looking for Liam Donovan?” Detective Rames asked.
“That's me,” Liam said.
“I need to speak to you about your brother,” Detective Rames said.
“If it's about him, go ahead and say it in front of them, in a way, they are his victims,” Liam said.
“Your brother was found in his cell hanging from the ceiling,” Detective Rames said.
“He killed himself?” Karly asked.
“If only it were that, it's a homicide, he was beaten and raped and then hung from the ceiling after his neck was broken,” Detective Rames said.
“Does my parents know?” Liam asked.
“Yes, we contacted them first, they told us where to find you, they are heading to New York,” Detective Rames said.
“Can I go see him one last time?” Liam asked.
“Just for formality, we need you to identify him,” Detective Rames said.
“Liam, do you want someone to go with you?” Hayley asked. He nodded and Kenny volunteered to go with him and they left. Karly called Ethan. He and Adam came back.
“What happened?” Adam asked.
“Ethan, you told Adam everything?” Karly asked.
“He did,” Adam said.
“Okay, Frankie happened to be Liam's little brother,” Karly said.
“Oh god,” Adam said.
“Liam had cut ties with him a year ago after Frankie had slept with Liam's ex,” Hayley said.
“Detective Rames was just here,” Matt said.
“Frankie was killed in his cell,” Dana said.
“He was beaten and raped and his neck was broken and he was hanging from the ceiling in his cell,” Karly said.
“Oh god,” Ethan said. He sat down in shock. Adam sat with him and took his hand in his.
“Liam went to identify him, Kenny went with him,” Karly said.
“I can't believe this, oh god, Karly, you and Luke didn't...” Ethan said.
“What?” Karly asked.
“Ethan!” Hayley said.
“What's going on?” Adam asked.
“Close the door,” Karly said. Matt closed the door and sat down.
“Luke is King of the Stone Family Mafia,” Hayley said.
“And I'm his queen,” Karly said.
“Everything he does is legal,” Ethan said.
“He works with the NYPD on some cases and sells them guns, ammo and vests, Detective Rames is his close friend on the force,” Karly said.
“Have you guys killed people?” Adam asked.
“I have, I killed the guy who beat and raped me when I was in college, he got away with it because his father paid off a judge,” Karly said.
“I killed the woman who shot my mom at Luke's ceremony when he became king, she was trying to kill Karly and shot my mom when Austin and Eric tried to stop her because she thought she would be queen but got upset because Luke picked Karly,” Hayley said.
“But we framed my ex-boyfriend for it so shh,” Karly said. Matt, Dana, Ethan, and Adam nodded.
“Then Luke and Kevin took care of the waitress who came from Miami to get with Luke,” Hayley said.
“Crazy bitch she was,” Karly said.
“But the point is that no one outside this room can't know about what was spoken about in here, we don't go spreading the news of Luke being mafia and who killed who,” Hayley said.
“We promise,” Matt said.
“Promise,” Dana said.
“Graveyard of secrets right here,” Adam said.
“Okay so how was the date?” Karly asked.
“Awesome, we will continue later,” Adam said.
“Yeah, got cut short by your call,” Ethan said.
“Sorry guys,” Karly said.
“It's okay sis, this was important,” Ethan said. Liam and Kenny came in. Liam saw Adam who got up and hugged him.
“Bro?” Adam asked.
“My little brother,” Liam said.
“I know, I'm here for ya,” Adam said.
“Where's Ethan?” Liam asked.
“I'm here,” Ethan said. Ethan stood up and Liam came over and hugged him.
“I'm sorry for what he did to you, you did not deserve it, you did nothing wrong,” Liam said.
“Was it really him?” Karly asked.
“Yes, it was,” Liam said.
“Man, if you need time off, we'll give it to you, Kevin can cover the photography part if you need the time,” Adam said.
“Thanks, I'll be okay, we haven't been that close this last year,” Liam said.
“Welcome to that club,” Karly said.
“What do you mean?” Liam asked.
“We lost our sister a few months ago and I would say we were mourning her, and I'm not anymore,” Karly said.
“Our little sister did some things that were forgivable,” Kenny said. Ethan, Kenny, and Karly told them about what Alyssa did and about what she wrote in her diary.
“I saw it,” Dana said.
“What baby?” Matt asked.
“Every time she was here, and Luke came in, she couldn't take her eyes off him, I saw her talking with Lacey and Tammy,” Dana said.
“You couldn't have known what they were talking about, honey,” Matt said.
“I know, I should have stood closer to hear what they were saying,” Dana said.
“If I had found out sooner, I might have done something to her,” Karly said.
“Our mom still misses her but we don't, not after what she tried to do,” Ethan said.
“We don't regret it either,” Kenny said.
“There could have been a lot of stuff that could have happened, Karly could have been pregnant and the drugs could have killed the baby, if she had not been killed in the accident, Karly would have killed her for what she did,” Ethan said.
“Anyways, Liam, if you need anything, let us know,” Karly said. He nodded and left the office. Adam talked with Ethan and left after him. Ethan sat and talked with Matt and Dana as they filled him in on the assistant duties.

CHAPTER 289

Karly went home and found Luke coming down the stairs with a bag.
“Luke?” Karly asked.
“Hey baby,” Luke said.
“What's with the bag?” Karly asked.
“I got a call from Dev, he's having issues down there with the club and needs help, Drew and Sam are covering up here, I would send them, but he asked for me,” Luke said.
“Oh,” Karly said.
“I don't want to leave you, but he asked and he's my friend,” Luke said.
“I know, I will miss you and the boys will miss you, I hate sleeping alone,” Karly said. Luke pulled her into his arms and held her close.
“I know baby, me too, I'll try to get back quick, I don't know how long this will take,” Luke said.
“Who is going to help me with the boys?” Karly asked.
“I'm here sis,” Casey said.
“And Ethan and Kenny will be here, Mom and Dad can come help if needed,” Luke said.
“I love you so much, please be careful and please come home to us,” Karly said.
“I love you too, baby, I will be careful and I will come home to you and our boys and our little one inside you, I promise you,” Luke said. He kissed her deeply and held her close. He buried his face in her neck. Ethan and Kenny came in.
“What's going on?” Ethan asked.
“Luke has to go out of town to Miami to help Dev, boys, we need to be on uncle duty,” Casey said.
“Okay after my date tonight,” Ethan said.
“Date?” Casey asked.
“Date?” Luke asked.
“Found out that Adam is gay, and he and Ethan went on a date today,” Karly said.
“Oh really,” Luke said.
“That's awesome man,” Casey said.
“Rames came by and told us that Frankie was killed in his cell, he was beaten and raped and neck was broken and then hung from the ceiling and it turns out that Liam was his older brother,” Karly said.
“What?” Luke said.
“Liam had cut him out of his life a year ago when Frankie slept with Liam's ex,” Kenny said.
“Wow,” Casey said.
“You guys didn't have him killed did you,” Ethan said.
“I wish,” Casey said.
“I wish,” Luke said.
“Anyways, I'm going to need your help with the boys while he's gone,” Karly said.
“Uncle Ethan reporting for duty,” Ethan said.
“Uncle Kenny reporting for duty,” Kenny said.
“Uncle Casey reporting for duty,” Casey said.
“Thanks guys, baby I better get going, the plane's ready,” Luke said.
“Okay, I love you,” Karly said.
“I love you too, baby,” Luke said. He kissed her deeply and hugged her.
“Boys, take care of your sister,” Luke said.
“We will,” Ethan said.
“We will,” Kenny said.
“We will,” Casey said. He got his bag and kissed her once more before going out the door. Karly sank down on the couch. Casey sat with her. She leaned against him.
“I miss him already,” Karly said.
“I know, sis, we are here for you,” Casey said.
“So are we,” Kevin said. They saw Kevin and Samantha there with their bags.
“What, you two?” Karly asked.
“Yeah, godfather reporting for duty,” Kevin said.
“Speaking of godparents, Luke and I decided on godparents for the baby I'm carrying,” Karly said.
“Who, sis?” Casey asked.
“Godmother is Samantha,” Karly said.
“Really? Me?” Samantha asked.
“Yes, Kevin is already godfather to the twins, so it seemed fitting you are godmother to the baby since I'm godmother to yours,” Karly said. Samantha smiled and hugged Karly.
“I'm so honored!” Samantha said.
“I knew you would be, you have become a great friend,” Karly said.
“So have you,” Samantha said.
“Ethan, you are godfather,” Karly said.
“Me?” Ethan asked.
“Yes, Uncle Ethan, you,” Karly said. Ethan sat down and hugged her. She smiled.
“What, your favorite brother isn't godfather?” Casey asked.
“You may be my twin, but not my favorite, I don't have one, I love you all the same, even our honorary brother,” Karly said looking at Kevin.
“Love ya too beautiful sis,” Kevin said.
Three weeks later, Luke still was in Miami. Karly was missing him more each day. She has been calling him every day and it goes to voicemail. She's called Sara and Dev and it went to voicemail for them too. Even Samantha couldn’t' get ahold of them. Karly called Paul and he has not heard from any of them but will go looking for them.
“Beautiful, I am sure they are fine,” Kevin said.
“I can't get ahold of my husband, Sam can't get ahold of her sister and brother-in-law, something is going on,” Karly said. Her phone beeped and it was a message from Paul, saying that Dev's house was destroyed, and the club was closed.
“Karly?” Kevin asked.
“Oh god no,” Karly said.
“What is it?” Kevin asked.
“Get Samantha here now,” Karly said. Kevin called Samantha as Ethan and Adam came in. Ethan ran to Karly.
“Sis?” Ethan asked. She started sobbing and Ethan took her in his arms.
“What happened?” Adam asked.
“I don't know, she got a text and told me to call my girlfriend,” Kevin said.
“I'm here, what's up,” Samantha said.
“I got a text from Paul, he said that Dev's club was closed, and he went to Dev's house and found it destroyed, no sign of Dev, Sara, or Luke,” Karly said.
“Oh god no!” Samantha said. Kevin took her in his arms. She sobbed on his shoulder. Ethan called the family and they all showed up and he told them what happened. Rick came over and took Karly in his arms.
“Sweetheart,” Rick said.
“Dad!” Karly said. She sobbed in his arms. Casey stood up.
“I'm taking some men and going down there to find them,” Casey said.
“I'm going with you,” Kenny said.
“Me, too,” Ethan said.
“Me too,” Kevin said.
“Me, too,” Eric said.
“Me too,” Austin said.
“Mom, Dad, can you guys help me with the boys?” Karly asked.
“Of course, honey,” Angela said. Her brothers and Kevin go out the door. Ethan hugs Adam before leaving.
“Mr. and Mrs. Lawson, I'm Adam,” Adam said.
“Nice to meet you Adam, Ethan told us about you,” Angela said.
“Keep our son happy, that's all we ask of you,” Rick said.
“I will, I care about him a lot, I'm falling for him actually, I asked him to be my boyfriend, he said yes,” Adam said.
“Like I said, keep him happy,” Rick said. Karly went home with Samantha, Rick, and Angela. Peter and Barbara stood up and hugged her.
“They will be found, honey,” Barbara said.
“My son is strong, he will come home,” Peter said.
“He has to come home, he has to, he's still alive, I feel it,” Karly said.
“Oh honey,” Barbara said. She hugged Karly and Peter joined the hug. They all sat down and waited for word.

CHAPTER 290

The next day Karly laid there in bed staring at a picture of her and Luke with the boys, tears running down her cheeks. She hugged it to her and started sobbing. She got a text from Paul. They had found bodies in the ruins of Dev's house, burnt beyond recognition. One looked to be a pregnant woman which they concluded that it was Sara. If she was in the house, it meant the two other bodies were Dev and Luke. But they had to do some testing to make sure. Karly laid there sobbing. Her heart was broken at the thought of Luke being gone. She refused to believe it. She did not want to believe it. Rick and Angela stayed at the house, taking care of the boys. Barbara came into the bedroom.
“Honey, it's time for your appointment,” Barbara said. Karly got up and showered and got dressed and went to the hospital and had her appointment and got the gender of the baby in a sealed envelope and she went home and went back to bed after giving Barbara the envelope to give to Hayley.
“Oh honey,” Barbara said.
“What if he's really gone, what am I going to do without him, how can I live without him?” Karly said.
“For your kids, honey, they will need you,” Barbara said.
“Karly?” Amber said.
“Mama Amber,” Karly said. Amber came over and sat down and hugged her.
“I came to help and be here for Samantha,” Amber said.
“I don't know what to do, what if he's gone,” Karly said.
“You don't know that for sure,” Amber said.
“Honey, the boys are home,” Barbara said. Karly got up and went downstairs and saw Casey, Kevin, Ethan, and Kenny.
“Guys?” Karly asked.
“Hey sis,” Casey said.
“Hey sis,” Kenny said.
“Hey sis,” Ethan said.
“Hey beautiful,” Kevin said.
“Anything?” Karly asked.
“We found him and Dev, sis,” Casey said.
“Where is he?” Karly asked.
“Still down in Miami,” Kenny said.
“In the hospital,” Ethan said.
“Austin and Eric are with him,” Casey said.
“I have to go to him,” Karly said.
“No Karly,” Kevin said.
“You can't,” Ethan said.
“A blast destroyed Dev's house,” Kenny said.
“He and Dev were outside when it blew,” Casey said.
“Sara was being held inside and the two bodies found were her captors,” Kevin said.
“So, my sis is gone along with her baby,” Samantha said.
“I'm sorry honey,” Kevin said. She sobbed in his arms as he held her close.
“You were saying?” Karly asked.
“The blast knocked him and Dev across the lawn into a brick wall along the property, knocking them out,” Casey said.
“Sis, he has no memory of you,” Ethan said.
“Or anybody,” Kenny said.
“We showed him pics of his parents and Hayley, nothing,” Casey said.
“Not even his own name,” Kenny said.
“He doesn't seem to care about knowing who he is or anything,” Ethan said.
“He is not the Luke we know,” Casey said.
“Oh god no,” Karly said. She sank down on the couch and Barbara sat down and hugged her.
“He doesn't know us, Mom,” Karly said.
“I know, sweetie,” Barbara said.
“Barbara and I will go down,” Peter said. They went out the door. Casey sat down and hugged her close.
“What am I going to do, Casey, my husband is lost, he's gone, he doesn't know me or his sons, oh god why did I let him go!” Karly said.
“You know he wanted to help his friend,” Casey said.
“And look what happened!” Karly said.
“I know, sis, there was no way anyone could have predicted this,” Casey said. The next day, Karly visited the clubs and talked with Drew at Club Rally.
“I heard about Luke,” Drew said.
“Keep things running, Drew, I'll come back for the paperwork and payroll, just get it together for me,” Karly said.
“I will boss lady, we have your back, we love you,” Drew said. She hugged him. James came over and hugged her. She went to Club Indigo and talked with Sam.
“I'll have everything ready, Karly, don't worry, we have your back,” Sam said. She hugged and went to the agency. Adam, Hayley, and Kevin were in the office. They hugged her. She sobbed against Kevin as he held her.
“We are here for you, beautiful,” Kevin said.
“My parents are down there now,” Hayley said.
“I need you guys to work on paperwork, I'll get the payroll done, I have to do the paperwork for the clubs and the payroll for them as well,” Karly said.
“We've got you covered, Karly,” Adam said. She sat down and worked on the payroll and got it done and she went to the clubs and collected the paperwork and the payroll and went home. She got it all done a few hours later and went upstairs and went to the bathroom and came out and sat on the bed and looked at a picture of Luke in a towel. He never noticed her as he was busy on her phone. She sat there and stared at it. She started sobbing and she screamed and cried out. She laid on the bed sobbing as Casey came running in and sat on the bed and took her in his arms.
“I'm here sis, I'm here,” Casey said.
“Oh god Casey, I can't live without him!” Karly said.
“He'll come back to you, you need to live for your boys and your baby, they need their mother,” Casey said.
“They need their father!” Karly said.
“I know but you are all they have right now,” Casey said. Ethan brought in the boys and sat them on the bed and they cuddled against their mother. She kissed them both and cried as she held them in her arms.

CHAPTER 291

Three months later, Karly sat in the office at the agency. Luke was still gone. Living up a life in Miami with no memory of his life with his family. He did not recognize his own parents and refused to see them. Paul took him in. Dev still had his memory so after Sara's funeral, he gave his club to Paul who gave it to Luke. Dev came to New York and is helping with the clubs. Karly sat there rubbing her stomach. They held the gender reveal party and the baby is a girl. The baby girl Luke was wanting. His little princess was growing inside her and he was lost. She saw pictures of the clubs online and one picture caught him. He had a girl on his arm, and he looked happy. Austin and Eric had come back with Peter and Barbara. They had brought her something. It was Luke's wedding ring. Karly sat there with tears rolling down her cheeks. She finished the payroll. Adam came in with Ethan.
“Hey,” Adam said.
“Hey guys,” Karly said. Ethan came over and hugged her close.
“It'll be okay, sis, his memory will come back sometime,” Ethan said. She showed him the picture she found.
“I should go down and hit him in the head, see if that helps,” Ethan said.
“Don't, Ethan, I need to move on, my husband is gone, he's lost to me, I can't keep doing this, crying all the time, I need to mend my broken heart,” Karly said.
“What are you going to do?” Ethan asked.
“Stop crying for one, start living,” Karly said. She left and went to the club and saw Dev talking with Drew. Dev saw her and came over and hugged her.
“Hey Karly,” Dev said.
“Hey how you are holding up?” Karly asked.
“I'm hanging in there,” Dev said.
“I'm sorry I didn't go to the funeral,” Karly said.
“It's okay, I understood,” Dev said.
“Hey boss,” Alex said.
“Hey Alex, this is Karly, she's Luke's wife and she owns the club,” Dev said.
“Hi there, boss lady,” Alex said.
“Hi,” Karly said.
“Alex is helping me here, he was my second in Miami,” Dev said.
“Okay, so can you handle the paperwork, Dev?” Karly asked.
“Yes, I can, you still doing the payroll,” Dev said.
“Yeah,” Karly said.
“Karly owns the Stone Modeling Agency, so she's used to doing payroll, Luke was doing it all but now she has to,” Dev said.
“I know this must be hard for you,” Alex said.
“It is but it has to get done and I am the only one who has access to his account,” Karly said.
“Karly?” Dev asked.
“Hmm?” Karly said.
“I'm sorry, I feel like this is all my fault, I shouldn't have called him down,” Dev said.
“Dev, you were his friend, you were in trouble, why wouldn't he got help you,” Karly said. She hugged him and left and went home and sat there thinking of what to do. She knew what she had to do. She went to talk with Kevin and got what she wanted, and she got Casey and Kevin and they got on the plane and headed to Miami.
“You sure about this, sis?” Casey asked.
“He doesn't know me, if he is with another girl and wants to get married, he'll be able to,” Karly said. The plane landed and they went to the club and asked for him. They were led to the office and they walked in and saw him sitting there at the desk with a girl perched on the desk next to him.
“Can we help you?” she asked.
“Just here to speak with him,” Karly said.
“What do you need?” Luke asked.
“I need you to sign these please,” Karly said. She handed him the papers and he read them and looked at her.
“Divorce papers?” Luke said.
“Yes,” Karly said.
“I don't understand,” Luke said.
“You were in an accident and lost your memory and who knows if you will get it back or if ever but I figured it would be for the best so you could get married to someone down here and you won't be legally married to someone you don't know,” Karly said.
“Oh right, okay,” Luke said. He reads through them and signs them. He hands them back to her.
“Thank you, goodbye,” Karly said. She walked out the door with Casey and Kevin behind her. She made it back to the plane before breaking down crying. Kevin and Casey both hug her as she sobbed.
“We are here sis,” Casey said.
“It'll be okay,” Kevin said.
“That was the hardest thing I've ever done,” Karly said.
“We know beautiful,” Kevin said.
“What about the will?” Casey asked.
“I put in there that he cheated, we all know he didn't but just for her to keep the money,” Kevin said. She slept on the way home. Kevin and Casey kept an eye on her. They knew her heart was shattered into a million pieces and it would take a miracle to piece it back together.

CHAPTER 292

Karly woke up as the plane was getting ready to land and she sat down with Kevin.
“Kev,” Karly said.
“Yes beautiful?” Kevin asked.
“Don't file the papers yet, hold off for a year, I'm giving him a year to come back to me, if he doesn't, file them,” Karly said.
“Got it, beautiful, I'll put a note saying to file in 2021,” Kevin said.
“Thanks Kev,” Karly said.
“No problem, beautiful,” Kevin said.
“How's Sam holding up?” Karly asked.
“My mom said she's hanging in there, went back to work this morning,” Kevin said. The plane landed and they headed off the plane. Karly hugged Kevin and left with Casey and went home and saw her parents with the boys in the living room. She looked at the boys and saw they were looking more like Luke every day.
“Sis?” Casey asked.
“They look more like him every day,” Karly said. Casey hugged her close and she cried softly. Rick got up and came over and took her in his arms.
“I'm here, sweetheart,” Rick said.
“How can I live without him!” Karly said.
“One day at a time, sweetheart,” Rick said. The doorbell rang. Casey opened it and saw Dev standing there. He came in and came over and hugged Karly.
“Dev?” Karly asked.
“Paul called, he said Luke is on his way up here,” Dev said.
“What?” Karly asked.
“He said Luke came in and told him about you coming in with divorce papers and noticed you were pregnant and put two and two together and he realized since you had divorce papers, that you were his wife and having his baby,” Dev said.
“So, he's coming here?” Karly asked.
“Yes, and alone,” Dev said.
“Who was the girl in his office?” Karly asked.
“Paul said he was dating a girl named Delia, it was just casual, nothing serious, apparently she helped him figure things out and let him go from the casual relationship, telling him they need to end things before it becomes more than what they were, before feelings are involved,” Dev said.
“I guess deep down, he knows his heart belongs to someone else,” Casey said.
“He's coming back, may not be my husband but physically he will be here,” Karly said.
“I'm heading to pick him up and I'll bring him here, maybe something will trigger his memories,” Dev said. He left. Karly looked at her brother and parents.
“I'm going to go lay down,” Karly said. She kissed her sons and hugged her parents and brother and went upstairs and took off her shoes and laid on the bed and covered herself with a blanket and closed her eyes. She woke up and got up and went to the bathroom and changed and went downstairs and saw something that made her stop. Luke was sitting on the couch holding Jackson in his arms and smiling at Kingston. She continued down the stairs and he looked up at her.
“Hi,” Luke said.
“Hi,” Karly said.
“These two are my sons, we were just getting acquainted,” Luke said.
“That's good, they missed their dad,” Karly said.
“I'm here physically and try my best,” Luke said.
“Anything look familiar?” Karly asked.
“No, I'm sorry, Karly, right?” Luke asked.
“Yeah, are you alone down here?” Karly asked.
“We are in the kitchen, sis!” Ethan said.
“Who is all in there?” Karly asked.
“Me sis!” Kenny said.
“Me!” Casey said.
“I’m here too Karly,” Adam said.
“Who is that guy?” Luke asked.
“His name is Adam, he works with me at my modeling agency as a partner along with my best friend Kevin and your sister Hayley, he's also my brother Ethan's boyfriend,” Karly said.
“Okay so I want to know everything about my life and see if anything sounds familiar or anything comes back to me as I'm hearing my life story,” Luke said.
“I'm going to have to call your parents and sister for that,” Karly said.
“You don't know?” Luke asked.
“We met and married last April, that's a long story itself, anything before that will have to be told by your parents and sister,” Karly said. She made the call and they came in and sat down and told Luke everything from when he was born up to the time, he met Karly.
“Wow, that's my life, okay, I need to go sit out back for a bit,” Luke said.
“Bro?” Hayley asked.
“I'm fine, I just need to process,” Luke said. He gave Jackson to Peter and went out back and sat down. The doorbell rang. Karly opened the door and saw Dev with Alex.
“Hey Karly,” Dev said.
“What's up?” Karly asked.
“Alex wanted to meet Luke,” Dev said.
“Well he just got told his life story and is out back processing it all,” Karly said.
“We can wait,” Dev said.
“Fine,” Karly said. She let them in, and Alex smiled at her and she gave a half smile as he walked by. She introduced them to Barbara and Peter, and they sat down. Karly went into the kitchen and found Adam and Ethan kissing. Kenny and Casey were talking.
“Karly?” Alex asked.
“Alex,” Karly said.
“I was wondering if I could have a drink?” Alex asked. She got him a bottle of water and gave it to him. He smiled at her.
“Thank you,” Alex said.
“So, you never met Luke before?” Karly asked.
“I have but not this Luke,” Alex said.
“Oh,” Karly said.
“Dev said you gave Luke divorce papers,” Alex said.
“Yeah but I told my best friend who is a lawyer to not file them just yet, put it off for a year and if Luke remembers everything, he can destroy the papers,” Karly said.
“Karly...” Alex said.

CHAPTER 293

Karly stood there as Alex was trying to tell her something when she heard Luke yell out back. She went and saw him holding his head. She went and knelt in front of him.
“AHHH!” Luke said.
“Luke?” Karly said. He looked at her and pulled her into his arms and buried his face in her neck.
“Oh god baby!” Luke said.
“You remember!” Karly said.
“It all came flooding back to me!” Luke said.
“You remember all that happened?” Karly asked.
“Yes, I felt so lost these last months, oh god baby, I'm sorry!” Luke said.
“Shhh, it's okay, you had no memory of any of us,” Karly said.
“I was with another woman!” Luke said.
“Did you sleep with her?” Karly asked.
“No, we shared a kiss,” Luke said.
“It's fine, Luke, you had no memory of me or anyone up here, you were practically living a different life, it's over now, you are back where you belong,” Karly said. He cupped her face in his hands and crushed his mouth to hers in a deep kiss. He rested his forehead against hers.
“I'm never leaving again, baby, no matter what,” Luke said.
“Babe, Sara didn't make it,” Karly said.
“Oh god, Dev?” Luke asked.
“I'm here, bro,” Dev said. Luke got up and hugged him. Karly smiled as she watched them.
“I'm sorry we couldn't save her,” Luke said.
“I know, we tried, but the main guy died with her, so everything is good,” Dev said.
“Luke?” Alex asked.
“Alex!” Luke said. They hugged. Dev stood with Karly.
“You came up with Dev?” Luke asked.
“Yeah I did, I couldn't let him be alone up here,” Alex said.
“He's been helping with the clubs up here, they do the paperwork, I've been doing the payroll,” Karly said.
“For the clubs and agency?” Luke asked.
“Yeah, it's fine, I have been resting,” Karly said.
“Oh god the gender reveal,” Luke said.
“Your little princess is fine,” Karly said.
“It's a girl?” Luke asked.
“Like you said,” Karly said. He took her in his arms and kissed her and hugged her tight.
“My little princess is in here,” Luke said. He put his hands on her stomach. She put her hands over his.
“Appointment tomorrow,” Karly said.
“I'm not missing another one,” Luke said.
“I hope not,” Karly said.
“I am so glad to be home,” Luke said.
“I am happy you are home,” Karly said. He crushed his mouth to hers in a deep kiss.
“Oh god baby, let's kick everyone out, I need you,” Luke said. They went inside and talked to everyone. Dev and Alex left. Ethan and Adam went to Ethan's room. Kenny went to the game room with Casey and the boys. Luke carried Karly upstairs to their bedroom and closed the door and locked it and removed their clothes and laid on the bed. He gazed at her body.
“You are so beautiful, our baby girl is in here,” Luke said. He kissed her growing stomach. He rubbed her stomach.
“Hey little princess, Daddy's here and he's not leaving again, I promise you and Mommy and your brothers,” Luke said. He moved up and kissed her softly and they made love off and on throughout the afternoon. Karly was woken up by her phone beeping. She looked at it and saw it was her father. He was at the front door. She saw Luke still asleep. She got up and got dressed and went down and opened the door and saw her father standing there. She hugged him.
“Dad, what is it?” Karly asked.
“I found out that I have another son, his mother was my ex from before Angela and after your mom, she finally tracked me down and told me about him, I need help to find him, he's here in the city,” Rick said. He came in and they sat down. She went and got her brothers. Casey, Kenny, and Ethan sat down, and Rick told them about their brother.
“Do you know his name?” Ethan asked.
“She said his name is Alex,” Rick said.
“Oh my god,” Karly said.
“Casey, call Dev,” Ethan said. Casey went to make the call. Luke came downstairs.
“Luke?” Rick asked.
“Dad what's up,” Luke said.
“Thank god,” Rick said. They hugged and Rick told him what is going on.
“Casey is calling Dev,” Karly said.
“They are on the way,” Casey said.
“Um, I have company,” Ethan said.
“Adam still here bro?” Kenny asked.
“He was spending the night,” Ethan said.
“He still can,” Kenny said.
“I feel bad for him, he and Liam still haven't found a place, they've been living in a hotel,” Ethan said.
“Tell them to move in here,” Luke said.
“Really?” Ethan asked.
“We have plenty of room and he's your guy right” Luke asked.
“I'll go tell him right now,” Ethan said. Ethan runs upstairs. Karly hugged Luke.
“You sure about this?” Karly asked.
“No one should live out of a hotel,” Luke said.
“Wait we own the apartment complex that Kevin lives in,” Karly said.
“I better find out if any are open,” Luke said. He went to the office to make some calls.
“I'm so happy he's back to normal,” Rick said.
“We all are,” Karly said. The doorbell rang and Kenny opened it and saw Dev and Alex. They came in.
“What's up guys,” Dev said.
“We found out something,” Kenny said.
“Alex, do you know who your father is?” Rick asked.
“No, my mom refused to tell me who he was because she told me he left her because she cheated on him,” Alex said.
“It's possible that our dad is your dad,” Casey said.
“What?” Alex asked.

CHAPTER 294

Rick came over to Alex and stood there.
“Andrea Reynolds is your mother?” Rick asked.
“Yes,” Alex said.
“I was involved with her after I broke up with Casey and Karly's mother and before I met my wife, Angela, she cheated on me with my best friend at the time and I broke up with her, I gave her no reason to cheat, I gave it my all, it wasn't enough for her or she fell in love with him,” Rick said.
“She never kept a boyfriend for long,” Alex said.
“She came to my house today, told me that she couldn't keep it in anymore, that her son was mine, she told me your name and that you just moved up here with a friend,” Rick said.
“Can we get a DNA test, if you are my dad, then I gain brothers and a sister,” Alex said.
“Let's go,” Rick said. They left to get one done. Karly looked at his brothers and sat down. Luke sat down with her.
“Another brother possibly,” Karly said.
“Yeah,” Casey said.
“Dev, has he ever talked about wanting to find his father?” Luke asked.
“He has talked about it a few times since I've known him, it would be great if he found him,” Dev said. The doorbell rang. Luke opened the door and saw Liam standing there with bags.
“Mr. Stone, hello,” Liam said.
“Hello Liam, come in,” Luke said. Liam came in and stood there.
“Hi Liam, I'll go make up a room for you, I have a feeling Adam will be sharing with Ethan,” Karly said.
“Baby, I'll do it, you rest,” Luke said.
“Luke, I'm pregnant, not an invalid,” Karly said.
“Yes, you are pregnant, you are carrying precious cargo,” Luke said.
“I can handle making a bed,” Karly said.
“Don't make us have this conversation again,” Luke said.
“Good because we won't, come on Liam,” Karly said. She led Liam upstairs to a bedroom and started to get sheets out when they heard thumping next door and heard Ethan's cries of pleasure.
“OH GOD ADAM! HARDER! FASTER! FUUCKK!” Ethan cried out through the wall.
“I GOT YOU BABY! COME WITH ME! I AM GONNA FILL YOU UP!” Adam cried out through the wall.

“Let's find another room,” Karly said.

“Are you sure?” Karly asked.
“I'll be fine, I promise,” Liam said. She got the bed done and smiled at him and went out the door and knocked on Ethan's door. Liam came out of his room.
“Karly?” Liam asked.
“Yeah?” Ethan said.
“Bro, are you guys decent?” Karly asked.
“Uh just a sec!” Ethan said. He opened the door and saw her and Liam.
“Okay house rules, bro, you guys have a neighbor and we just heard what you guys did, rooms are not soundproofed, if you are going to fuck, keep the volume down, your nephews are in the house you know, I'm sure the whole house heard it all,” Karly said.
“Sorry sis,” Ethan said.
“Here's your bag, Adam,” Liam said.
“Thanks man, sorry for the noise,” Adam said.
“It's cool, just glad you are happy again,” Liam said.
“I am,” Adam said.
“Okay, we will go, just keep it down a little,” Karly said.
“Sis, are you saying you and Luke don't do the same?” Ethan asked.
“We don't but it's the only bedroom that is soundproof, since it's the master bedroom, we didn't change the house when his parents gave it to us so it was already that way,” Karly said.
“We will try, sis,” Ethan said.
“Good and by the way, keep any of that confined to this bedroom and stay out of mine,” Karly said.
“Got it sis,” Ethan said. Liam went back to his room. Karly went downstairs. Luke looked up and saw her. He helped her sit down.
“Ethan have fun?” Luke asked.
“Heard it huh,” Karly said.
“Yep,” Kenny said.
“I already gave him some rules,” Karly said. The door opened and closed and Rick and Alex came in.
“Dad?” Kenny asked.
“Well?” Casey asked.
“I want to open this with all my kids here,” Rick said.
“ETHAN!” Karly yelled. He came downstairs with Adam dressed. Liam came behind them.
“Should we call Austin and Eric?” Kenny asked.
“Yes,” Rick said. Casey called them and they came over and told them what was going on. They hugged Luke and sat down.
“Open it Dad,” Ethan said. Rick opened the envelope and looked at the results.
